ISTINJE KA BAYAN

 (1) jabb so kar uthe tho jab tak guton tak haath na dhole tab tak haath paani na daale chaahe haath paak ho aur chaahe na paak ho,agar paani chote bartan me rakha ho jaise lota aanjura tho usko baayen haath se utha kar daayen haath par daale aur 3 dafa dhoye phir bartan daahne haath me lekar baaya haath 3  dafa dhoye aur agar chote bartan me paani na ho bade matke wagairah me ho tho kisi aanjurah wagairah se nikaal le lekin ungliyaan paani me na doobne paaye ,aur agar aanjurah wagairah kuch na ho tho baayen haath ki ungliyonn se chullu bana kar paani niaakle, aur jahan tak hosake paani me ungliyaan kam daale aur paani nikaal kar pehle daahna haath dhoye jab wo haath dhul jaaye tho daahna haatha jitna chaahe daalde aur paani nikaal kar baayan haath dhoye aur ye tarteeb haath dhone ki us waqth he ke haath na paak na ho aur agar na paak ho tho hath hargeez matke me na daale balke kisi aur tarteeb se paani nikaale ke najis na hone paawe maslan paak rumaal daal kar nikaale aur jo paani ki dhaar rumaal se bahe us se hath paak karle ya jis tarah mumkin ho paak karle

(2) jo najasath agge ya peeche ki raah se nikle us se istinja karna sunnath he

(3) agar najasath bilkul idhar udhar na lage aur isliye paaani se istinja na kare balke paak pathar ya dhele se istinja kare aur itna ponch daale kenajasath jaathi rahe aur badan saaf hojaye tho bbhi jayez he lekin ye baat safayi mizaaj ke khilaaf he albatha agar paani na ho aur kam ho tho majboori he

(4) dhele se istinja karne ka koi khaas tareeqa nahi he bas itna khiyaal rakhe ke najasath idhar udhar phelne na paawe badan khoob saaf hojaaye

(5) dhele se istinja karne ke baad paani se istinja karna sunnath he lekin agar najasath hatheli ke gehraau yaani rupe se zyada phel jaawe tho aise waqth paani se dhona waajib he,be dhoye namaz na hogi aur agar najasath pheli na ho faqth dhele se paak karke bhi namaz durust he lekin sunnath ke khilaaf he

(6) paani se istinja kare tho pehle donon hath guton tak dholewe phir tanhaayi ki jagah jaa kar badan deela karke baite aur itna dhoye ke dil kehne lage ke ab badan paak hogaya albatha agar koi shakki mizaaj ho ke paani bahut phenkthi ho phir bhi dil achi tarah saaf nahi hotha tho usko ye hukm he ke 3 dafa ya 7 dafa dholewe bas us se zyada na dhoye 

(7) agar kahi tanhayi ka moqa na mile tho paani se istinja karne ke liye kisi ke saamne apne badan ko kholna durust nahi na mard ke saamne na aurath ke saamne aise waqth paani se istinja na kare aur be istinja kiye namaz padlewe kyunke badan ka kholna bada gunah he

(8) hiddi aur najasath jaise gobar leedh wagairah aur koyila aur kankar aur sheesha aur pakki eent aur khane ki cheez aur kaagaz se aur daahne haath se istinja karna bura aur mana he na karma chahiye lekin lekin agar koi karle tho paak hojaayega

(9) khade khade peshaab karna mana he

(10) peshaab aur pakhana karthe waqth qibla ki taraf muh karna aur peet karna mana he

(12) istinje ke bache hue paani se wazu karna durust he aur wazu ke bache hue paani se istinja  bhi durust he lekin na karna behtar he

(13) jab pakhana peshaab ko jaawe tho pakhana ke darwaaze se baahir BISMILLAH kahe aur ye dua pade ALLAHUMMA INNI AUZUBIKA MINAL KHUBSI WAL KHABAAYIS aur nange sar na jaaye aur agar kisi angiti wagairah par ALLAH RASOOL ka naam ho tho usko uthaar daale aur pehle baaya pair rakhe aur andar khuda ka naam na lewe agar cheenk aawe tho faqth dil hi dil me ALHAMDULILLAH kahe zubaan se kuch na kahe na waha kuch bole na baat kare phir jab nikle tho daahna pair pehle nikaale aur darwaazah se nikal kar ye dua pade GUFRANAKA ALHAMDULILLAHILLAZI AZHABA ANNIL AZAA WA'AAFAANI aur istinje ke baad baaye haath ko zameen par ragad ke ya mitti se mal kar dhoye 

WALLAHU TA'ALA AALAMU BIS'SAWAAB

najasath ko paak karne ke mazeed masaaayil

(31) bichone ka ek kona najis he ,aur baaqi sab paak he tho paak kone par namaz padna durust he 

(32) jis zameen ko gibar se leepa ho wo najis he,us par bagair koi paak cheez bichaye namaz durust nahi

(33) gobar se leepi hui zameen agar sookh gayi ho tho us par geela kapda bicha kar bhi namaz padna durust he lekin wo itna geela na ho ke us zameen ki kuch mitti choot kar kapde me bhar jaawe

(34) pair dho kar napaa zameen par chali aur pair ka nishaan zameen par ban gaya tho us se pair na paak na hoga haan agar pair ke paani se zameen itni bheeg jaawe ke zameen ki kuch mitti ya ye najis najis paani pair me lag jaaye tho najis hojaawega

(35) najis bichone par sooyi aur paseene se wo kapda nim hogaya tho uska bhi yehi hukm he ke uska kapda aur badan napaak na hoga haan agar itna bheeg jaawe ke bichone me se kuch najasath choot kar badan ya kapde ko lag jaaye tho najis hojaawega

(36) najis mehendi haathon aur pairon me lagayi tho 3 dafa khoob dhodaalne se haath pair paak hojaawenge rang ka chudaana waajib nahi

(37) najis surma ya kaajal aankhon me lagayi tho uska ponchna aur dhona waajib nahi haan agar phel kar baahar aankkh ke aagaya ho tho dhona waajib he 

(38) najis tel sar me daal liya ya badan me laga liya tho qayise ke muafiq 3 martaba dhone se paak hojaawega saboon laga kar tel ka chudaana waajib nahi he

(39) kuthe ne aate me muh daal diya ya bandar ne jhoota kardiya tho agar aata gunda hua ho tho jahan muh daala he itna nikaal daale baaqi ka khana durust he aur garr sookha aata ho tho jaha jaha uske muh ka luaab laga ho nikaal daale baaqi sab paak he

(40) kuthe ka luaab najis he aur khud kutha najis nahi-so agar kutha kisi ke kapde ya badan se chu jaaye tho najis nahi hotha chaahe kuthe ka badan sookha ho ya geela haan agar kuthe ke badan par koi najasath lagi ho tho aur baar he

(41) rumaali bheegi hone ke waqth hawa nikle tho us se kapda najis nahi hua

(42) najis paani me jo kapda bheeg gaya tha uske sath paak kapde ko lapet kar rakh diya aur uski tari us paak kapde me aagayi lekin na tho us me najasath ka kuch rang aaya na badbu aayi-tho agar ye paak kapda itna bheeg gaya ho ke nichodne se ek aadh qatra tapak pade ya nichodthe waqth haath bheeg jaaye tho wo paak kapda bhi najis hojaawega aur agar itna na bheega ho tho paak rahega aur agar peshaab wagairah khaas najasth ke bheege hue kapde ke sath lapet diya tho jab paak kapde me zara bhi uski nami aur dhabba aagaya tho najis hojaawega

(43) agar lakdi ka takhta ek taraf se najis he aur dusri taraf se paak he tho agar itna mota he ke beech se chir saktha he tho usko palat kar dusri taraf namaz padna durust he aur agar itna mota na ho tho durust nahi 

(44)  dho teh ka koi kapda he,aur ek teh ka najis he dusri paak he tho agar donon thehe sili hui na ho tho paak teh ki taraf namaz padna durust he aur agar sili hui ho tho paak teh par bhi namaz padna durust nahi

NAJASATH KE PAAK KARNE KE MAZEED MASAAYIL

 (16) paani ki tarah jo cheez pathli aur paak ho us se bhi najasath ka dhona durust he tho agar koi gula ya araq gaao zabah ya aur kisi araq se ya sirka se dhoye tho bhi cheez paak hojaayegi lekin ghee aur tel aur doodh wagairah kisi aisi cheez se dhona durust nahi jis me chiknaaayi ho o cheez na paak rahegi 

(17)badan me ya kapde me mani lag kkar sookh gayi tho kharach kar khoob mal daalne se paak hojaawega aur agar abhi sookhi na ho tho faqth dhone se paak hoga lekin agar kisi ne peshaab kar ke istinja nahi kiya tha aise waqth mani nikli tho wo malne se paak na hogi usko dhona chahiye 

(18) joothe aur chamde ke mouze me agar daldaar najasath lag kar sookh jaaye jaise gobar,pakhana,khoon,mani wagairah tho zameen par khoob ghis kar chuda daalne se paak hojaatha he aise hi kharach daalne se bhi paak hojaatha he aur agar sookhi na ho tab bhi agar itna ragad daale aur ghis dewe ke najasath ka naam o nishaan baaqi na rahe tho paak hojaayega

(19) aur agar peshaab ki tarah koi najasath joothe me ya chamde ki moze me lag gayi jo daldaar nahi he tho bedhoye paak hoga 

(20) kapda aur badan faqth dhone se hi paak hotha he chaahe daldaar najasath lage ya bedal ki kisi aur tarah paak nahi hotha 

(21) aayina ka sheesha aur churi chaaqu chaandi sone ke zewar phool thaambe lohe gilat sheeshe wagairah ki cheeze agar najis hojaawe tho khoob ponch daalne ya ragad dene ya mitti se maanj daalne se paak hojaathi he lekin agar naqshi cheeze ho tho be dhoye paak na hogi 

(22) zameen pak najaasath pad gayi phir aisi sookh gayi ke najasath ka nishaan bilkul jaatha raha na tho najasath ka dhabba he na badboo aathi he tho is tarah sookh jaane se zameen paak ho jaathi he lekin aisi zameen par tayammum karna durust nahi albatha namaz padna durust he jo eente ya pathar choone ya gaare se zameen me khoob jama diye gaye ho ke be khode zameen se juda na hosake unka bhi yehi hukm he kesookh jaane ya najasath ka nishaan na rehne se paak hojaawenge 

(23) jo eente zameen par faqth bichadi gayi he choona ya gaare se unki jadayi nahi ki gayi he o sookhne se paak na hoga unko dhona padega 

(24)zameen par jami hui ghaas bhi sookhne aur najasath ka nishaan jaathe rehne se paak hojaathi he agar kati ihui ghaas ho tho be dhoye paak na hoga 

(25) najis chaaqu ,churi ya mitti aur thaambe wagairah ke bartan agar dehakthi aag me daal diya jaaye tho bhi paak hojaathe he 

(26)haath me koi najis cheez lagi thi usko kisi ne 3 dafa chaat liya tho bhi paak hojaayrga magar chaatna mana he ya chaathi par bacha ka qai ka doodh lag gayi phir bacha ne 3 dafa choos kar pee liya tho paak hogaya 

(27) agar kora bartan najis hojaawe aur o bartan najasath ko choos lewe tho faqth dhone se paak na hoga balke isme paani bhar dewe phir jab najasath ka asar paani me aajaawe tho gira kar ke phir bhar dewe isi tarah barabar karti rahe jab najasath ka naam o nishaan jaatha rahe na rang baaqi rahe na badboo tab paak hoga 

(28) shehad ya sheera ya ghee tel na paak hogaya tho jitna tel wagairah ho uthna ya us se zyada paani daal kar pakaawe jab paani jal jaawe tho phir paani daal kar jalaawe isi tarah 3 dafa karne se paak hojaawega ya yun karo ke jitna ghee tel ho uthna hi paani daal kar hilaawo jab wo paani ke upar aajaawe tho kisi tarah uthaalo isi tarah 3 dafa paani milaakar uthawo tho paak hojaawega aur ghee agar jam gaya ho tho paani daal kar aag par rakh do jab pigal jaawe tho usko nikaal lo 

(29) najis rang me kapda ranga tho itna dhowe ke paani saaf aane lage tho paak hojaawega chaahe kapde se rang choote ya na choote 

(30) gobar ke kunde aur leed wagairah najis cheezon ki raakh paak he aur unka dhuan bhi paak he roti me lag jaawe tho kuch harj nahi

 (1) najasath ke 2 qisme he ek wo jiske najasath zyada sakht he thodi si lag jaaye tab bhi dhone ka hukm he usko najasath e galeezah kehte he dusri wo jiski najasath wo jiski najasath zara kam aur halki he usko najasath e khafeefa kehte he 

(2) khoon aur aadmi ka paikhaana,peshaab,mani aur sharaab aur kutte billi ka paikhaana peshaab aur suwwar ka gosht aur uske baal wa hiddi wagairah uske saare cheeze aur ghode ghade khachar ki leed aur gaai,bail,bhains wagaiarh ka gobar aur bakri bhed ki mengni garz ke sab jaanwaron ka paikhana aur murgi,batakh aur murgaabi bi beet aur gadhe khachar aur sab haraab janwaron ka peshaab wo sab cheeze najasath e galeezah he 

(3) chote doodh peethe bacha ka peshaab najasath e galeeza he 

(4) haraab parindon ki beet aur halaal janwaron ka pehssab jaise bakri,gai,bhains wagairah aur ghode ke peshaab najasath e khafeefa he 

(5) murgi,batakh,murgaabi ke siwa aur halaal parindon ki beet paak he jaise kabootar goriyya yaani chudiya meena wagairah aur chamgaadar ka peshaab aur beet bhi paak he 

(6) najasath e galeezah me se agar pathli aur behne waali cheez kapde ya badan me lag jaawe tho agar phelau me rupe ke barabar ya ua se kam ho tho muaaf he be uske dhoye agar namaz padliye t ho namaz muaaf hojaayegi lekin na dhona usi taraf namaz padthe rehna makru aur bura he aur agar rupe se zyada ho tho wo  muaaf nahi be uske dhoye namaz na hogi aur agar najasath e galeezah me se gaadi cheez lag jaawe jaise pakhana aur murgi wagairah ki beet,tho agar wazan me saade chaar maasha ya us se kam ho tho be dhoye hue namaz durust he aur agar us se zyada lag jaaye tho be dhoye hue namaz durust nahi he 

(7) agar najasath e khafeefa kapde ya badan me lag jaaye tho jis hissa me lagi he agar uske chouthayi se kam ho tho muaaf he aur agar poora chouthayi ya us se zyada ho tho muaaf nah yaani agar aasteen me lagi he tho aasteen ki chouthayi se kam ho agar kali me lagi ho tho uski chouthayi se kam ho agar dupatta me lagi ho tho uski chouthayi se kam ho tab muaaf he usi taraf agar najasath e khafeefa haath me bhari he tho hath ki chouthayi se kam ho tab muaaf he usi tarah agar taang me lag jaaye tho uski chouthayi se kam ho tab muaaf he garaz ke jis azu me lage uski chouthayi se kam ho aur agar poora chouthayi ho tho muaaf nahi uska dhona waajib he yaani be dhoye hue namaz muaaf nahi

(8) najasath e galeezah jis paani me pad jaaye wo bhi najis e galeezah hojaatha he aur najasath e khafeefa pad jaaye tho wo paani bhi najis e khafeefah hojaatha he chaahe kam pade ya zyada 

(9) kapde me najis tel lag gaya ya hatheli ke gehrau yaani ek rupe se kam bhi he he lekin 2,1 din me phel kar zyada hogaya tho jab tak rupe se zyada na ho muaaf heaur jab bad gaya tho muaaf nahi raha ab uska dhona waajib he bagair dhoye hue namaz na hogi 

(10) machli ka khoon agar lag jaaye tho kuch harj nahi uski tarah makhi machar ka khoon bhi najis nahi he 

(11) agar peshaab ki cheente sooyi ki nok ke barabar padjaawe ke dekhne se dikhayi na dewe tho uska kuch harj nahi dhona waajib nahi he

(12) agar daaldaar najasath lag jaaye jaise pakhana, khoon tho itna dhoye ke najasath choot jaaye aur dhabba jaatha raha. jab najasath choot jaaye tho kapda paak hojaayega aur badan me lag gayi ho tho uska bhi yehi hukm he albatha agar pehli hi dafa me najasath choot gayi tho 2 martaba aur dhona behtar he agae 2 martaba me chooti tho ek martaba aur dhoye garaz ke 3 baar poore karlena behtar he 

(13) agar aisi najasath he ke kayi dafa dhone aur najasath ke choot jaane par bhi badbu nahi gayi ya kuch dhabba reh gaya tab bhi kapda paak hogaya saboon wagairah laga kar dhabba chudaana aur badboo door karna zaroori nahi 

(14) aur agar peshaab ke misl koi najasath lag gayi jo duldaar nahi he tho 3 martaba dhoye aur har martaba nichode aue teesri martaba apni taaqath bhar khoob nichode tab paak hoga tho agar khoob zor se na nichdegi tho paak na hoga 

(15) agar najasath aisi cheez me lagi he jis ko nichod nahi sakti jaise takht,chitaayi,zewar aur mitti ta cheeni wagairah ke bartan,bottle,jootha wagairah tho usko paak karne ka tareeqa ye he ke 1 dafa dho kar ther jaaye jab paani tapakna band hojaawe phir dhoye phir jab paani tapakna mouqoof ho tab phir dhoye isi tarah 3 tafa dhoye tho wo cheez paak ho jaawegi

JIN CHEEZON SE GUSUL WAAJIB HOTHA HE UNKA BAYAN

 (1) sothe ya jaagthe me jab jawaani ke josh ke sath mani nikal aawe tho gusul waajib hojaatha he chaahe mard ke haath lagane se nikle ya faqth  khiyaal aur dhiyaan karne se nikle ya aur kisi tarah nikle har haal me gusul waajib he 

(2) agar aankh khuli aur kapde ya badan par mani lagi hui dekhi tho bhi gusul karna waajib he chaahe sothe ne koi khwaab dekha ho ya na dekha ho 

TAMBIYA : jawaani ke josh ke waqth awwal awwal jo paani nikaltha he uske nikalne se josh zyada hojaatha he kam nahi hotha usko mazi kehte he aur khoob mazah aakar jo jee bhar jaatha he uswaqth jo nikaltha he usko mani kehte he aur pehchaan un donon ki yehi he ke mani nikalne ke baad jee bhar jaatha he aur josh thamda pad jaatha he aur mazi nikalne se josh kam nahi hotha balke zyada hojaatha he aur mazi pathli hothi he aur mani gaadi hothi he so faqth mazi nikalne se gusull waajib nahi hotha albatha wazu toot jaatha he

(3) jab mard ki peshaab ke maqaam ke sapari andar chali jaawe aur chup jaawe tho gusul waaib hojaathahe chaahe mani nikle ya na nikle mard ki sapari aage ki raah me gayi ho tho bhi gusul waajib he chaahe kuch bhi  na nikla ho aur agar peeche ki raah me gayi ho tab bhi gusul waajib he lekin peeche ki raah se karna aur karana bada gunah he

(4)jo khoon har mahina aage ki raah se aaya kartha he usko haiz kehthe he jab ye khoon band hojaawe tho gusul karna waajib he aur jo khoon bacha paida hone ke baad aata he usko nifaas kehte he uske band hone par bhi gusul waajib he khulasa ye he ke 4 cheezon par gusul waajib hotha he (1) josh ke sath mani nikalna (2) mard ki sapaari ka andar chala jaana (3) haiz aur (4) nifaas ke khoon ka band hona 

(5) chodi ladki se agar kisi mard ne sohabbath ki jo abhi jawaan nahi hui he tho us par gusul waajib nahi he elkin aadath daalne ke liye us se gusul karana chahiye

(6) sothe me mard ke paas rehne aur sohabbath karne ka khwaab dekha aur maza bhi aaya lekin aankh khuli tho dekha ke mani nahi nikli he tho us par gusul waajib nahi he albatha agar mani nikal aayi ho tho gusul waajib he aur agar kapde ya badan par kuch beegabeega maloom ho lekin ye khiyaal hua ke ye mazi he mani nahi he tab bhi gusul karna waajib he 

(7) agar thodi si mani nikli aur gusul karliya phir nahane ke baad aur mani  nikal aayi tho phir nahana waajib he aur agar nahane ke baad shohar ki mani nikli jo aurath ke andar thi tho gusul durust hogaya phiur nahana waajib nahi 

(8) bemaari ki wajah se ya aur kisi wajah se aap hi aap mani nikal aayi magar josh aur khwahish bilkul nahi thi tho gusul waajib nahi albatha wazu toot jaawega 

(9) miya biwi donon ek palang par so rahe the jab uthe tho chaadar par mani ka dhabba dekha aur sothe me khwaab ka dekhna na mard ko yaad he na aurathh ko tho donon nahane me ehtiyaat isi me he kyun ke maloom nahi ye kis ki mani he 

(10) jab koi kaafir musalmaan hojaaye tho usko gusul karlena mustahab he 

(11) jab koi murde ko nehlaawe tho nehlaane ke baad gusul karlena mustahab he 

(12) jis par nahana waajib he wo agar nahane ke pehle kuch khana peena chaahe tho pehle apna haath aur muh dho lewe aur kulli karlewe tab khaaye piye aur agar be haath dhoye khaye piye tab bhi koi gunah nahi he 

(13) jin ko nahane ki zarurath he unko kalaam e majeed ka choona aur uska padna aur masjid me jaana jaayez nahi aur allah ta aala ka naam lena aur kalimah padna aur darood e shareeff padna jayez he aur is qisam ke masaayilon ko hum in sha allah haiz ke baab me achi tarah bayan karege waha dekh lena chahiye 

(14) tafseer ki kitaabon ko be nahaye aur be wazu choona makru he aur tarjuma daar quraan ko choona bilkul haraam he 

wallahu ta aala aalamu bis'sawaab

MOZON PAR MASAH KARNE KA BAYAN

(1) agar chamde ke moze wazu karke pehan lewe aur phir wazu toot jaawe tho phier wazu karthe waqth mozon par masah karlena durust he aur agar moza uthaar kar pair dho liya kare tho ye sab se behtar he 

(2) agar moza itna chota ho ke takhne moze ke andar chupe hue na ho tho us par masah durust nahi isi tarah agar bagair wazu kiye moza pehen liya tho is par bhi masah durust nahi uthaar kar pair dhona chahiye 

(3) musaafirath me 3 din 3 raat tak mozon par masah karna durust he aur jo musaafirath me na ho usko 1 din aur 1 raat aur jis waqth wazu toota he us waqth se 1 din raat ya 3 din raat ka hisaab kiya jaayega jis waqth moza pehna he uska eatebaar na karenge jaise kisi ne zuhar ke waqth wazu karke moza pehna phie suraj doobne ke waqth wazu toot tho agle din ke suraj doobne tak masah karna durust he aur musaafirath me teesre din ke suraj doobne tak jab sooraj doob gaya tho abb masah karna durust nahi raha 

(4)  agar koi aisi baat hogayi jis see nahana waajib hogaya tho moza uthaar kar nahawe gusul ke sath moze par masah karna durust nahi 

(5) moza ke upar ki taraf masah kare talwe ki taraf masah na kare 

(6) moze par masah karne ka tareeqa ye he ke hath ki ungli tar karke aage ki taraf rakhe ungliya tho samochi moza par rakh dewe aur hatheli moze se alag rakhe aur unko kheench kar takhne ki taraf lejaawe aur agar ungliyon ke sath hatheli bhi rakh dewe aur hatheli sameth ungliyon ko kheench kar lejaawe tho bhi durust he 

(7) agarr koi ulta masah kare yaani takhne ki taraf se kheech kar ungliyon ki taraf laawe tho bhi durust he lekin mustahab ke khilaaf he aise hi agar lambaao me masah na kare balke moze ke choudaan me masah kare tho bhi durust he lekin mustahab ke khilaaf he 

(8) agar talwe ki taraf ya yedi par ya moze ke agal bagal me masah kare tho ye masah durust nahi hua 

(9) agar poori ungliyon ko mozr par nahi rakha balke faqth ungliyon ka sara moze par rakh diya aur ungliya khadi rakhi tho ye masah durust nahi hua albatha agar ungliyon se paani barabar tapak raha ho jis se beh kar 3 unglyon ke barabar paani moza ko lag jaawe tho durust ho jaawega 

(10) masah me mustahab tho yehi he ke hatheli ke taraf se masah kare aur agar koi hatheli ke upar ki taraf se masah kare tho bhi durust he 

(11) agr kisi ne moze par masah nahi kiya lekin paani baraste waqth baahar nikli ya bheegi ghaas me chali jis se moza bhig gaya tho masah hogaya 

(12) hath ki 3 ungliyon bhar har moza par masah karna farz he us se kam me masah durust na hoga 

(13) jo cheez wazu thod dethi he is se masah bhi toot jaatha he aur mozon ke uthaar dene se bhi masah toot jaatha he tho agar kisi ka wazu tho nahi toota lekin usne moze uthaar daale tho masah jaatha raha ab doonon pait dho lewe phir se wazu karne ki zarurath nahi he

(14) agar ek moza uthaar daala tho dusra moza bhi uthaar kar donon paaon ka dhona waajib he 

(15) agar masah ki muddath poori hogayi tho bhi masah jaatha raha agar wazu na tota ho tho moza uthaar kar donon paaon dhoye poore wazu ka dohrana waajib nahi aur agar wazu toot gaya ho tho moze uthaar kar poora wazu kare 

(16) moza par masah karne ke baad kahi paani me  pair pad gaya aur moza deela tha isliye moze ke andar paani chala gaya aur saara paaon ya aadhe se zyada paaon bheeg gaya tho bhi masah jaatha raha dusra moza bhi uthaar dewe aur donon pair achi tarah se dhowe 

(17) jo moza itna phat gaya ho ke chalne me pair ke choti 3 ungliyon ke barabar khul jaatha he tho us par masah durust nahi aur agar us se kam khultha ho tho masah durust he 

(18) agar moza ki seewan khul gayi lekin us me se pair nahi dikhlaayi detha tho masah durust he aur agar ais aho ke chalthe waqth tho 3 ungliyon ke barabar pair dikhlaayi detha he aur yun nahi dikhlaayi detha tho masah durust nahi 

(19) agar 1 moza ma 2 ungliyon ke barabar pair khul jaatha he aur dusri moza me 1 ungli ke barabar tho kuch harj nahi masah jaayez he aur agar 1 hi moza kayi jagah se phata he aur sab mila kar 3 ungliyon ke barabar khul jaatha he tho masah jaayez nahi aur agar itna kam ho ke sab mila kar bhi poori 3 ungliyon ke barabar nahi hotha tho masah durust he 

(20) kisi ne moza par masah karna shuru kiya aur abhi 1 din raat guzar ne na paaya tha ke musaafir hogayi tho 3 din raat tak masah karti rahe aur agar safar se pehle hi 1 din raat guzar jaawe tho muddath khatam hochuki pair dho kar phir se moza pehne 

(21) aur agar musaafirath me masah karti thi phir ghar pahunch gayi tho agar 1 din raat poora hochuka he tho ab moza uthaar de us par masah durust nahi he aur agar abhi ek din raat bhi nahi hua tho ek din raat poora karle is se zyada tak masah durust nahi 

(22) avgar jurraab ke upar moze pehanne he tab bhi mozon par masah durust he 

(23) jurraabon par masah karna durust nahi he albatha agar un par chamda chada diya gaya ho ya saare mozon par chamda na chadaya ho lekin mardana jootha ki shakal par chamda laga diya gaya ho ya bahut sangeen aur sakht ho ke bagair kisi chez se baande hue aap hi aap tehre rehthe ho aur unko pehan kar 3,4 meel rasta bhi chal sakti ho tho un sab  surathon me jurraab par bhi masah durust he 

(24) burqa aur dastanon par masah durust nahi

tayammum ke mazeed masaayil

 (21) thaambe ke bartan,takiye aur gadhe wagairah kapde par tayammum karna durust nahi albatha agar us par itni gard he ke hath maarne se khoob udthi he aur hatheliyon me khoob achi tarah lag jaathi he tho tayammum durust he aur agar haath maarne se zara zara gard udthi ho tho bhi us par tayammum durust nahi he aur mitti ke gade badni par tayammum durust he chahe usme paani bhara hua ho ya paani na ho lekin agar uspar lak phira hua ho tho us par tayammum durust nahi 

(22) agar pathar par bilkul gard na ho tab bhi tayammum durust he balke agar paani se khoobb dhula hua he tab bbhi durust he haath par gard ka lagna kuch zaroori nahi he isi tarah pakki eent par bbhi tayammum durust he chaahe us par kuch gard ho chaahe na ho 

(23) keechad se tayammum karna go durust he magar munaasib nahi agar kahi keechad ke siwa aur koi cheez na mile tho ye tarkeeb kareke apne kapde me kheechad bhar lewe jab o sookh jaawe tho us se tayammum karle akbatha agar namaz ka waqth hi nikla jaatha ho tho us waqth jis tarah ban pade tar se ya khushk se tayammum karle namaz na qaza hone de 

(24) agar zameen par peshaab wagairh koi najaasath pad gayi sur dhoop se sookh gayi aur badboo bhi jaathi rahi tho wo zameen paak hogayi is par namaz durust he lekin is zameen par tayammum karna durust nahi jab maloom ho ke ye zameen aisi he aur agar maloom na ho ke wehem na kare 

(25) jis tarah wazu ki jagah tayammum durust he usi tarah gusul ki jagah bhi majboori ke waqth tayammum durust he aise hi jo aurath haiz aur nifaas se paak hui ho majboori ke waqth usko bhi tayammum durust he wazu aur gusul ke tayammum me koi faraq nahi donon ka ek hi tareeqa he 

(26) agar kisi ko bathlane ke liye tayammum kiya ho ya lekin dil me apna taymuum karne ki niyyath nahi balke faqth usko dikhlana maqsood he tho iska tayammum nahoga kyun ke tayammum durust hone me tayammum karne ka iraada hona zaroori he tho jab tayammum karne ka iraada na ho balke faqth dusre ko bathlana aur dikhlana maqsood he tho tayammum na hoga 

(27) tayammum karthe  waqth apne dil me bas itna iraad karle ke my paak hone ke liye tayammum karta hun ya namaz padne ke liye tayammum karti hun tho tayammum hojaaye ga aur ye iraada karna ke my wazu ka tayammum karti hun ya gusul ka kuch zaroori nahi he 

(28) agar quraan e majeed ke choone ke liye tayammum kiya tho us se namaz padna durust nahiu he aur agar ek namaz ke liye tayammum kiya dusre waqthki namaz bhi us se padna durust he au quraan e majeedka choona bhii is tayammum se durust he 

(29) kisi ko nahane ki bhi zaroorath he aur wazu bhi nahi he tho ek hhi tayammum karle donon ke liye alag alag tayammum karne ki zaroorath nahi

(30) kisi ne tayammum karke namaz padi phir paani milgaya aur waqth bhi baaqi he tho namaz ko dohrana waajib nahi yehi namaz tayammum se durust hogayi 

(31) agar paani ek meel sharyi se door nahhi lekin waqth bahut tang he  ke agar paani lene ko jaawe gi tho waqth jaatha rahega tho bhi tayammum durust nahi he paani laawe aur qaza kare 

(32) paani moujood hothe waqth quraan e majeed ke choone ke liye tayammum karna durust nahi 

(33) agar paani aage chal kar milne ki ummeed ho tho behtar he ke awwal waqth namaz na pade balke paani ka intezaar karle lekin itni der na lagawe ke waqth makru hojaawe aur agar paani ka intezaar na kiya awwal hi waqth namaz padli tab bhi durust he 

(34) agar paani paas he lekin ye dar he ke agar rail par se ythre gi tho rail chaldewegi tab bhi tayammum durust he ya saanp wagairah koi jaanwar paani  ke paas he is se paani nahi mil sakta tho bhi tayammum durust he

(35) asbaabke satha paani bandha tha lekin yaad na raha aur tayammum karke namaz padli phir yaad aaya ke mere asbaab me tho paani bandha hua he tho ab namaz ka dohraana waajib nahi 

(36) jitni cheezon se wazu toot jaatha he unse tayammum bhi toot jaatha he aur paani miljaane se bhi tiit jaatha he isi tarah agar tayammum karke aage chali aur paani ek meel sharyi se kam faasla par regaya tho bhi tayammum toot gaya 

(37) agar wazu ka taymmumn he tho wazu ke muafiq paani milne se tayammum tootega aur agar gusul ka tayammum he tho jab gusul ke muafiq paani milega tab tayammum tooteg agar paani kam mila tho tayammum nahi toote ga 

(38) agar raste me paani mila lekin usko paani ki kuch khabar na hui aur maloom na hua ke yeha paani he tho bhi tayammum nahi toota isi tarah agar rasta me paani mila aur maloom bhi hogaya lekin rail par se na uthar saki tho bhi tayammum nahi toota 

(39) agar bemaari ki wajah se tayammum kiya he tho jab bemaari jaathi rahe ke wazu aur gusul nuqsaan na kare tho tayammu toot jaawega abb wazu karna aur gusul karna waajib he

(40) paani nahi mila is wajah se tayammum karliya phir aisi bemaari hogayi jis se paani nuqsaan kartha ho phir bemaari ke baad paani mil gaya tho ab wo tayammum baaqi nahi raha jo paani na milne ki wajah se kiya tha phir se tayammum kare 

(41) agar nahane ki zaroorath thi is liye gusul kiya lekin zara sa badan sookha reh gaya aur paani khatam hogaya tho abhi wo paak nahi hui isliye usko tayammum karlena chahiye jab kahi paani mile tho itni soookhi jagah dholewe phir se nahane ki zaroorath nahi he 

(42) agar aise waqth paani mila ke wazu bhi toot gaya tho us sookhi jagah ko pehle dho lewe aur wazu ke liye tayammum karle aur paani itna kam he ke wazu tho hosakta he lekin wo sookhi jagah itne paani me nahi dhosakti tho wazu karle aur is sookhi jagah ke waaste gusul ka tayammum karle haan agar is gusul ka tayammum pehle karchuki ho tho ab phir tayammum karne ki zaroorath nahi wohi pehla tayammum baaqi he 

(43) kisi ka kapda ya badan bhi najis he aur wazu ki bhi zaroorath he aur paani thoda he tho badan aur kapda dholewe aur wazu ke auz tayammum kare

TAYAMMAM KA BAYAN

 (1)agar oi janggal me he aur bilkul maloom nahi ke paani kaha he na waha koi aisa aadmi he jis se daryaafth kar etho aise waqth tayammul karlewe aur agar koi aadmi milgaya aur us ne ek meel sharyi ke andar paani ka pata bataya aur gumaan gaalib hua ke ye sacha he ya aadmi tho nahi mila lekin kisi nishaani se khud uska jee kehta he ke yeha ek meel sharyi ke andar andar kahe paani zaroor hr tho paani ka is qadar talaash karna ke usko aur uske saathiyon ko kisi qisam ki takleef aur harj na ho zaroori hr be doonde tayammul karna durust nahi he aur agar khoob yaqeen he paani ek meel sharyi ke andar he tho paani laana waajib he 

FAIDA : meel sharyi meel angrezi se zara zyada hotha he yaani angrezi ek meel poora aurr uska 8 wa hissa ye sab milkar ek meel sharyi hotha he 

(2) agar paani ka patha chal gaya lekin paani ek meel se door he tho itni door ja kar paani laana waajib nahi he balke tayammul karlena durust he 

(3) agar koi aabaadi se ek meel ke faasle par ho aur ek meel se qareeb kahi paani na mile tho bhi tayammum karlena durust he chahe musaafir hho aur musaafir na ho thodi door jaane ke liye nikli ho

(4) agar raah me kunwan tho mil gaya magar lota dor paas nahi he isliye kunwe se pani nikaal nahi sakti na kisi aur se maange milsakta he tho bhi tayammum durust he 

(5) agar kisi paani milgaya lekin bahut thoda he tho agar itna ho ke ek ek dafa muh aur donon haath aur donon pair dho sake tho tayammum karna durust nahi he balke ek ek dafa in cheezon ko dhowe aur sar ka masah karlewe aur kulli wagairah karna yaani wazu ki sunnathe chod de aur agar itna bhi na ho tho tayammum karle

(6) agar bemaari ki wajah se paani nuqsaan kartha ho ke agar wazu ya gusul kare gi tho bemaari bad jaawegi ya der me achi hogi tab bhi tayammum durust he lekin agar thanda paani nuqsaan karta ho aur garam paani nuqsaan na kare tho garam paani se gusul karna waajib he albatha agar aisi jagah he ke garam paani nahi mil saktha tho tayammum karna durust he 

(7) agar paani qareeb he yaani yaqeenan ek meel se kam door he tho tayammum karna durust nahi jaa kar paani lana aur wazu karna waajib he mardon se sharam ki wajah se paani lekar na jaana aur tayammum karlena durust nahi aisa parda jis me shariath ka koi hukm choot jaaye na jayez aur haraam he burqa pehen kar ya saare badan se chaadar lapet kar jaana waajjib he albatha logon ke saamne bait kar wazu na kare aur unke saamne haath muh na khole

(8) jab tak paani se wazu na karsake barabar tayammum karti rahe chahe jitne din guzar jaaye kuch khiyaal wa waswasa na laawe jitni paaki wazu aur gusul karnese hothi he uthni hi paaki tayammum se bhi hojaathi he ye na samjhe ke tayammum se achi tarah paak nahi hothi 

(9) agar paani mol biktha he tho agar uske paas daam na ho tho tayammum karlena durust he aur agar daam paas ho rasthe me kiraya bhaade ki jitni zarurath padegi us se zyada bhi he tho khareedna waajib he albatha agar itna girah beche ke itne daam koi laga hi nahi sakta tho khareedna waajib nahi tarammum karlena durust he aur agar kiraaya wagairah raste ki kharcch se zyada daam nahi he tho bhi khareedna waajib nahi tayammum karlena durust he

(10) agar kahi itni sardi padthi ho aur barf kat'thi ho nahane se marjaane ya bemaar hojaane ka khaouff ho aur rizaayi lihaaf wagairah koi aisi cheez bhi nahi ke naha kar ke is me garam ho jaawe tho aisi majboori ke waqth tayammum karlena durust he 

(11)agar kisi ke aadhe se zyada badan par zakham ho ya cheechak nikli ho tho nahana waajib nahi balke tayammuum karlewe 

(12) agar kisi maidaan me tayammum karke namaz padli aur waha se paani qareeb hi tha lekin usko khabar na thi tho tayammum aur namaz donon durust he jab maloom ho tho dohraana zaroori nahi 

(13) agar safar me kisi aur ke paas paani ho tho apni jee ko dekhe agar andar se dil kehta ho ke agar me maangungi tho paani miljaawega tho bemaange huye tayammum karlena durust nahi aur andar se dil ye kehta ho ke maangne se wo shakhs paani na dewe ga tho be maange bhi tayammum karke  namaz padlena durust he lekin agar namaz ke baad is se paani maanga aur us ne de diya tho namaz ko dohraana padega 

(14)agar zam zam ka paani zamzami me bhara hua he tho tayammum karna durust nahi zam zamiyon ko khol kar us paani se nahana aur wazu karna waajibb he 

(15) kisi ke paas paani tho he lekin raasta aisa kharaab he ke kahi paani nahi milsakta isliye raah me piyaas ke maare takleef aur halaakath ka khouff he tho wazu na kare tayammum karlena durust he 

(16) agar gusul karna nuqsaan karta ho aur wazu nuqsaan na kare tho gusul ki jagah tayammum kare phir agar tayammum aur gusul ke baad wzu toot jaaye tho wazu ke liye tayammum na kare balke wazu ki jagah wazu karna chahiye aur agar tayammum gusulk se koi baat wazu thod dene waali bhi paayi gayi aur phir gusul ka tayammum kiya ho tho yehi tayammum gusul wa wazu donon ke liye kaafi he 

(17)tayammum karne ka tareeqa ye he ke donon hath paak zameen par maare aur saare muh ko mal lewe phir dusri martaba zameen par donon haath maare aur donon haatho par kohni sameth male chudiyon kangan wagairah ke darmiyaan achi tarah male agar is ke gumaan me naakhun barabar bhi koi jagah choot jaawegi tho tayammum na hoga angote challe utaar daale ta ke koi jagah choot na jaaye ungliyon me khilaal karlewe jab ye donon cheeze kar le tho tayammum hojayega 

(18) mitti par haath maar ke haath jhaad daale ta ke muh par bhabuth na lagjaawe aur surath na bigde 

(19) zameen ke siwa aur jo cheez mitti ki qisam se ho us par bhi tayammum durust he jaise mitti,reth,pathar,gach,choona,hadthaal,surma,wagairah aur jo cheez mitti ki qisam se na ho us se tayammum durust nahi jais asona,chaandi,raanga,gehu,lakdi,kapda aur anaaj wagairah haan agar in cheezon par gard wa mitti lagi ho us waqth albatha un par tayammuum durust he 

(20) jo cheez na tho aag me jale aur na gale o cheez mitti ki qisam se he us par tayammum durudt he aurr cheez jal kar raakh hojaaye ya ghul jaaye us par tayammum durust nahi isi tarah raakh par bhi tayammum durust nahi.... 


ZIYAARATH E MADEENA KA BAYAN

 agar gunjaayish ho tho haj ke baad ya haj se pehle madeena munawwarah haazir ho kar janaab e rasool maqbool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke roza e mubaarak aur masjid e nabwi ki ziyaarath se barkath haasil kare rasool e maqbool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaaye he ke jis shakhs ne meri wafaath ke baad meri ziyaarath ki usko wohi barkath milegi jaise meri zindagi me kisi ne ziyaath ki  aur bhi farmaaya he ke jo shakhs khaali haj karle meri ziyaarath ko na aawe usne mere sath badi bemarwathi ki aur us asjid ke haq me aap ne farmaaya he ke jo shakhs is me ek namaz pade usko 50000 namaz ke barabar sawaab milega allah ta ala hum sab ko ye doulath naseeb kare aur nek kaam ki toufeeq ata farmade (aameen ya rabaal aalameen)

HAJ KE MASAAYIL

 (1) umar bhar me ek martaba haj karna farz he agar kayi haj kiye hto ek faraz hua aur sab nafil hue aur unka bhi bahut bada sawaab he 

(2) jawaani se pehle ladakpan me agar koi haj kiya he tho uska kuch eatebaar nahi agar maaldaar he tho jawaan hone ke baad phie haj karna farz he aur jo haj ladakpan me kiya he wo nafl he 

(3) andhi par haj faraz nahi he chaahe jitni maaldaar ho 

(4) jab kisi par haj faraz hogaya tho nfourabn usi saal haj karna waajib he bila uzar der karna aur ye jkhiyyaal karna ke abhi umar padi he phir kisi saal haj karlenge durust nahi he phir wo 2,4 baras ke baad haj karliya tho adaa hogaya lekin gunahgaar hui 

(5) haj karne ke loiye raasthe me apne shohar ka ya kisi moharam ka sath hona bhi zaroori he bagair iske haj ke liye jaana durust nahi he haan albatha agar makke se itni door par rehthi ho ke uske ghar se makke tak 3 mazil na ho tho be shohar aur mehranm ke sath hue bhi jaan adurust he 

(6) agar wo mehram n balig ho ya aisa bad'deen ho ke maa behan wagairah se bhi ispar itminaan nahi tho uske saath jaana durust nahi 

(7) jab koi mehram qaabil e itminaan sath jaane ke liye mil jaawe tho wo haj ko jaane se shohar ka rokna durust nahi he agar shohar roke bhi tho uski baat na maane chali jaawe 

(8)jo ladki abhi jawaan nahi hui lekin jawaani ki qareebb hochuki he isko ko bhi bagair sharyi mehram ke jaan adurust nahi aur gair mehram ke sath jaana bhi durust nahi 

(9) jo mehram isko haj karane ke liye jaawe uska saara kharcgh usi par waajib he ke jo kuch kharch ho dewe 

(10) agar saari umar aisa mehram na mila jis ke sath safar kare hto haj na karne ka gunah na hoga lekin marthe waqth ye wasiyyath karjaana waajib he ke meri taraf se haj kara dena marjaane ke baad uske waaris usi ke maal me se kisi aadmi ko kharch de kar bheje ke wo jaa kar murda ki taraf se haj kar aawe-us se us zumma a haj uthar jaawega aur us haj ko jo dusron ko taraf se kiya jaatha he haj e badal kehte he 

(11) agar kisi ke zumma haj farz tha aur us ne susthi se der kardi phir wo andhi hogayi ya aisi beemaar hogayi ke safar ki qaabil na rahi to us ko bhi haj e badal ki wasiyyath karjaana chahiye

(12) agar wo itna maal chod kar mari ho ke qaraz wagairah de kar tihayi maal me se haj e badal kara sakthe he tab tho waaris par uski wasiyyath ka poora karna aur haj e badal karwana waaib he-aur agar maal thoda he ke ek tihaayi me se haj e badal nahi hosakta tho uska wali haj na karwaaye-haan agar aisa kare ke tihaayi maal murda ka dewe aur jitna zyada lage wo khud dede tho albatha haj e badal karasakta he garz ye  he ke murde ka tihaayi maal se zyada na dewe-haan agar uske sab waaris bakhushi raazi hho jaawe ke hum apna hissa na lewenge tum haj e badal karado tho tihaayi maal se zyada laga dena bhi durust he lekin na baalig warison ki ijazath ka sharaa me kuch eatebaar nahi he is liye unka hissa hargiz na lewe

(13) agar wo haj e badal ki wasiyyat hkar ke mar gayi lekin maal kam tha isliye tihaayi maal me haj e badal na hosaka aur tihaayi se zyada lagane ko warison ne khushi se manzoor na kiya isliye haj nahi karaya gaya tho is bechaari par koi gunah nahi 

(14) sab wasiyyathon ka yehi hukm he so agar kisi ke zimma bahut roze ya namaze qaza baaqi the ya zakaath baaqi thi aur wasiyyath kar ke mar gayi tho faqth tihaayi maal se ye sab kuch kiya jaawega tihaayi se zyada bagair waarison ki wali razamandi ke lagana jayez nahi he aur uska bayan pehle bhi aachuka he 

(15) bagair wasiyytah kiye uske maal me haj e badal karana durust nahi he haan agr sab waaris khushi se manzoor karle  tho jayez he aur in sha allah haj e farz adaa hojayega magar nabalig ki ijazath ka kuch eatebaar nahi 

(16) agar ye aurath iddath me ho tho iddath chod kar haj ko jaana durust nahi 

(17)  jis ke paas makke ke aamad wa rifath ke laayeq kharch ho aur madeena ka kharch na ho uske zimma haj faraz hoga baaz aadmi samajhte he ke jab tak madeena ka bhi kharz na hojaana farz nahi ye bilkul galath khayaak he 

(18) ehraam me aurath ko muh dhaankne me muh se kapda lagan durust nahi aaj kal is kaam ke liye ek jaalidaar pikha biktha he uske chere par baand liya jaawe aur aankhon ke rubaruh jaali rahe is par buqa pada rahe ye durust he 

(19) masaayil e haj ke mutalluq  haj kiye na samajme aasakte he na yaad rehsakte he aur jab haj ko jaathe he waha muallim log sab bathla dethe he isliye likhne ki zarurath nahi samjhi isi tarah umraa ke tarkeeb bhi waha jaa kar maloom hojaathi he
