tayammum ke mazeed masaayil

 (21) thaambe ke bartan,takiye aur gadhe wagairah kapde par tayammum karna durust nahi albatha agar us par itni gard he ke hath maarne se khoob udthi he aur hatheliyon me khoob achi tarah lag jaathi he tho tayammum durust he aur agar haath maarne se zara zara gard udthi ho tho bhi us par tayammum durust nahi he aur mitti ke gade badni par tayammum durust he chahe usme paani bhara hua ho ya paani na ho lekin agar uspar lak phira hua ho tho us par tayammum durust nahi 

(22) agar pathar par bilkul gard na ho tab bhi tayammum durust he balke agar paani se khoobb dhula hua he tab bbhi durust he haath par gard ka lagna kuch zaroori nahi he isi tarah pakki eent par bbhi tayammum durust he chaahe us par kuch gard ho chaahe na ho 

(23) keechad se tayammum karna go durust he magar munaasib nahi agar kahi keechad ke siwa aur koi cheez na mile tho ye tarkeeb kareke apne kapde me kheechad bhar lewe jab o sookh jaawe tho us se tayammum karle akbatha agar namaz ka waqth hi nikla jaatha ho tho us waqth jis tarah ban pade tar se ya khushk se tayammum karle namaz na qaza hone de 

(24) agar zameen par peshaab wagairh koi najaasath pad gayi sur dhoop se sookh gayi aur badboo bhi jaathi rahi tho wo zameen paak hogayi is par namaz durust he lekin is zameen par tayammum karna durust nahi jab maloom ho ke ye zameen aisi he aur agar maloom na ho ke wehem na kare 

(25) jis tarah wazu ki jagah tayammum durust he usi tarah gusul ki jagah bhi majboori ke waqth tayammum durust he aise hi jo aurath haiz aur nifaas se paak hui ho majboori ke waqth usko bhi tayammum durust he wazu aur gusul ke tayammum me koi faraq nahi donon ka ek hi tareeqa he 

(26) agar kisi ko bathlane ke liye tayammum kiya ho ya lekin dil me apna taymuum karne ki niyyath nahi balke faqth usko dikhlana maqsood he tho iska tayammum nahoga kyun ke tayammum durust hone me tayammum karne ka iraada hona zaroori he tho jab tayammum karne ka iraada na ho balke faqth dusre ko bathlana aur dikhlana maqsood he tho tayammum na hoga 

(27) tayammum karthe  waqth apne dil me bas itna iraad karle ke my paak hone ke liye tayammum karta hun ya namaz padne ke liye tayammum karti hun tho tayammum hojaaye ga aur ye iraada karna ke my wazu ka tayammum karti hun ya gusul ka kuch zaroori nahi he 

(28) agar quraan e majeed ke choone ke liye tayammum kiya tho us se namaz padna durust nahiu he aur agar ek namaz ke liye tayammum kiya dusre waqthki namaz bhi us se padna durust he au quraan e majeedka choona bhii is tayammum se durust he 

(29) kisi ko nahane ki bhi zaroorath he aur wazu bhi nahi he tho ek hhi tayammum karle donon ke liye alag alag tayammum karne ki zaroorath nahi

(30) kisi ne tayammum karke namaz padi phir paani milgaya aur waqth bhi baaqi he tho namaz ko dohrana waajib nahi yehi namaz tayammum se durust hogayi 

(31) agar paani ek meel sharyi se door nahhi lekin waqth bahut tang he  ke agar paani lene ko jaawe gi tho waqth jaatha rahega tho bhi tayammum durust nahi he paani laawe aur qaza kare 

(32) paani moujood hothe waqth quraan e majeed ke choone ke liye tayammum karna durust nahi 

(33) agar paani aage chal kar milne ki ummeed ho tho behtar he ke awwal waqth namaz na pade balke paani ka intezaar karle lekin itni der na lagawe ke waqth makru hojaawe aur agar paani ka intezaar na kiya awwal hi waqth namaz padli tab bhi durust he 

(34) agar paani paas he lekin ye dar he ke agar rail par se ythre gi tho rail chaldewegi tab bhi tayammum durust he ya saanp wagairah koi jaanwar paani  ke paas he is se paani nahi mil sakta tho bhi tayammum durust he

(35) asbaabke satha paani bandha tha lekin yaad na raha aur tayammum karke namaz padli phir yaad aaya ke mere asbaab me tho paani bandha hua he tho ab namaz ka dohraana waajib nahi 

(36) jitni cheezon se wazu toot jaatha he unse tayammum bhi toot jaatha he aur paani miljaane se bhi tiit jaatha he isi tarah agar tayammum karke aage chali aur paani ek meel sharyi se kam faasla par regaya tho bhi tayammum toot gaya 

(37) agar wazu ka taymmumn he tho wazu ke muafiq paani milne se tayammum tootega aur agar gusul ka tayammum he tho jab gusul ke muafiq paani milega tab tayammum tooteg agar paani kam mila tho tayammum nahi toote ga 

(38) agar raste me paani mila lekin usko paani ki kuch khabar na hui aur maloom na hua ke yeha paani he tho bhi tayammum nahi toota isi tarah agar rasta me paani mila aur maloom bhi hogaya lekin rail par se na uthar saki tho bhi tayammum nahi toota 

(39) agar bemaari ki wajah se tayammum kiya he tho jab bemaari jaathi rahe ke wazu aur gusul nuqsaan na kare tho tayammu toot jaawega abb wazu karna aur gusul karna waajib he

(40) paani nahi mila is wajah se tayammum karliya phir aisi bemaari hogayi jis se paani nuqsaan kartha ho phir bemaari ke baad paani mil gaya tho ab wo tayammum baaqi nahi raha jo paani na milne ki wajah se kiya tha phir se tayammum kare 

(41) agar nahane ki zaroorath thi is liye gusul kiya lekin zara sa badan sookha reh gaya aur paani khatam hogaya tho abhi wo paak nahi hui isliye usko tayammum karlena chahiye jab kahi paani mile tho itni soookhi jagah dholewe phir se nahane ki zaroorath nahi he 

(42) agar aise waqth paani mila ke wazu bhi toot gaya tho us sookhi jagah ko pehle dho lewe aur wazu ke liye tayammum karle aur paani itna kam he ke wazu tho hosakta he lekin wo sookhi jagah itne paani me nahi dhosakti tho wazu karle aur is sookhi jagah ke waaste gusul ka tayammum karle haan agar is gusul ka tayammum pehle karchuki ho tho ab phir tayammum karne ki zaroorath nahi wohi pehla tayammum baaqi he 

(43) kisi ka kapda ya badan bhi najis he aur wazu ki bhi zaroorath he aur paani thoda he tho badan aur kapda dholewe aur wazu ke auz tayammum kare

TAYAMMAM KA BAYAN

 (1)agar oi janggal me he aur bilkul maloom nahi ke paani kaha he na waha koi aisa aadmi he jis se daryaafth kar etho aise waqth tayammul karlewe aur agar koi aadmi milgaya aur us ne ek meel sharyi ke andar paani ka pata bataya aur gumaan gaalib hua ke ye sacha he ya aadmi tho nahi mila lekin kisi nishaani se khud uska jee kehta he ke yeha ek meel sharyi ke andar andar kahe paani zaroor hr tho paani ka is qadar talaash karna ke usko aur uske saathiyon ko kisi qisam ki takleef aur harj na ho zaroori hr be doonde tayammul karna durust nahi he aur agar khoob yaqeen he paani ek meel sharyi ke andar he tho paani laana waajib he 

FAIDA : meel sharyi meel angrezi se zara zyada hotha he yaani angrezi ek meel poora aurr uska 8 wa hissa ye sab milkar ek meel sharyi hotha he 

(2) agar paani ka patha chal gaya lekin paani ek meel se door he tho itni door ja kar paani laana waajib nahi he balke tayammul karlena durust he 

(3) agar koi aabaadi se ek meel ke faasle par ho aur ek meel se qareeb kahi paani na mile tho bhi tayammum karlena durust he chahe musaafir hho aur musaafir na ho thodi door jaane ke liye nikli ho

(4) agar raah me kunwan tho mil gaya magar lota dor paas nahi he isliye kunwe se pani nikaal nahi sakti na kisi aur se maange milsakta he tho bhi tayammum durust he 

(5) agar kisi paani milgaya lekin bahut thoda he tho agar itna ho ke ek ek dafa muh aur donon haath aur donon pair dho sake tho tayammum karna durust nahi he balke ek ek dafa in cheezon ko dhowe aur sar ka masah karlewe aur kulli wagairah karna yaani wazu ki sunnathe chod de aur agar itna bhi na ho tho tayammum karle

(6) agar bemaari ki wajah se paani nuqsaan kartha ho ke agar wazu ya gusul kare gi tho bemaari bad jaawegi ya der me achi hogi tab bhi tayammum durust he lekin agar thanda paani nuqsaan karta ho aur garam paani nuqsaan na kare tho garam paani se gusul karna waajib he albatha agar aisi jagah he ke garam paani nahi mil saktha tho tayammum karna durust he 

(7) agar paani qareeb he yaani yaqeenan ek meel se kam door he tho tayammum karna durust nahi jaa kar paani lana aur wazu karna waajib he mardon se sharam ki wajah se paani lekar na jaana aur tayammum karlena durust nahi aisa parda jis me shariath ka koi hukm choot jaaye na jayez aur haraam he burqa pehen kar ya saare badan se chaadar lapet kar jaana waajjib he albatha logon ke saamne bait kar wazu na kare aur unke saamne haath muh na khole

(8) jab tak paani se wazu na karsake barabar tayammum karti rahe chahe jitne din guzar jaaye kuch khiyaal wa waswasa na laawe jitni paaki wazu aur gusul karnese hothi he uthni hi paaki tayammum se bhi hojaathi he ye na samjhe ke tayammum se achi tarah paak nahi hothi 

(9) agar paani mol biktha he tho agar uske paas daam na ho tho tayammum karlena durust he aur agar daam paas ho rasthe me kiraya bhaade ki jitni zarurath padegi us se zyada bhi he tho khareedna waajib he albatha agar itna girah beche ke itne daam koi laga hi nahi sakta tho khareedna waajib nahi tarammum karlena durust he aur agar kiraaya wagairah raste ki kharcch se zyada daam nahi he tho bhi khareedna waajib nahi tayammum karlena durust he

(10) agar kahi itni sardi padthi ho aur barf kat'thi ho nahane se marjaane ya bemaar hojaane ka khaouff ho aur rizaayi lihaaf wagairah koi aisi cheez bhi nahi ke naha kar ke is me garam ho jaawe tho aisi majboori ke waqth tayammum karlena durust he 

(11)agar kisi ke aadhe se zyada badan par zakham ho ya cheechak nikli ho tho nahana waajib nahi balke tayammuum karlewe 

(12) agar kisi maidaan me tayammum karke namaz padli aur waha se paani qareeb hi tha lekin usko khabar na thi tho tayammum aur namaz donon durust he jab maloom ho tho dohraana zaroori nahi 

(13) agar safar me kisi aur ke paas paani ho tho apni jee ko dekhe agar andar se dil kehta ho ke agar me maangungi tho paani miljaawega tho bemaange huye tayammum karlena durust nahi aur andar se dil ye kehta ho ke maangne se wo shakhs paani na dewe ga tho be maange bhi tayammum karke  namaz padlena durust he lekin agar namaz ke baad is se paani maanga aur us ne de diya tho namaz ko dohraana padega 

(14)agar zam zam ka paani zamzami me bhara hua he tho tayammum karna durust nahi zam zamiyon ko khol kar us paani se nahana aur wazu karna waajibb he 

(15) kisi ke paas paani tho he lekin raasta aisa kharaab he ke kahi paani nahi milsakta isliye raah me piyaas ke maare takleef aur halaakath ka khouff he tho wazu na kare tayammum karlena durust he 

(16) agar gusul karna nuqsaan karta ho aur wazu nuqsaan na kare tho gusul ki jagah tayammum kare phir agar tayammum aur gusul ke baad wzu toot jaaye tho wazu ke liye tayammum na kare balke wazu ki jagah wazu karna chahiye aur agar tayammum gusulk se koi baat wazu thod dene waali bhi paayi gayi aur phir gusul ka tayammum kiya ho tho yehi tayammum gusul wa wazu donon ke liye kaafi he 

(17)tayammum karne ka tareeqa ye he ke donon hath paak zameen par maare aur saare muh ko mal lewe phir dusri martaba zameen par donon haath maare aur donon haatho par kohni sameth male chudiyon kangan wagairah ke darmiyaan achi tarah male agar is ke gumaan me naakhun barabar bhi koi jagah choot jaawegi tho tayammum na hoga angote challe utaar daale ta ke koi jagah choot na jaaye ungliyon me khilaal karlewe jab ye donon cheeze kar le tho tayammum hojayega 

(18) mitti par haath maar ke haath jhaad daale ta ke muh par bhabuth na lagjaawe aur surath na bigde 

(19) zameen ke siwa aur jo cheez mitti ki qisam se ho us par bhi tayammum durust he jaise mitti,reth,pathar,gach,choona,hadthaal,surma,wagairah aur jo cheez mitti ki qisam se na ho us se tayammum durust nahi jais asona,chaandi,raanga,gehu,lakdi,kapda aur anaaj wagairah haan agar in cheezon par gard wa mitti lagi ho us waqth albatha un par tayammuum durust he 

(20) jo cheez na tho aag me jale aur na gale o cheez mitti ki qisam se he us par tayammum durudt he aurr cheez jal kar raakh hojaaye ya ghul jaaye us par tayammum durust nahi isi tarah raakh par bhi tayammum durust nahi.... 


ZIYAARATH E MADEENA KA BAYAN

 agar gunjaayish ho tho haj ke baad ya haj se pehle madeena munawwarah haazir ho kar janaab e rasool maqbool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke roza e mubaarak aur masjid e nabwi ki ziyaarath se barkath haasil kare rasool e maqbool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaaye he ke jis shakhs ne meri wafaath ke baad meri ziyaarath ki usko wohi barkath milegi jaise meri zindagi me kisi ne ziyaath ki  aur bhi farmaaya he ke jo shakhs khaali haj karle meri ziyaarath ko na aawe usne mere sath badi bemarwathi ki aur us asjid ke haq me aap ne farmaaya he ke jo shakhs is me ek namaz pade usko 50000 namaz ke barabar sawaab milega allah ta ala hum sab ko ye doulath naseeb kare aur nek kaam ki toufeeq ata farmade (aameen ya rabaal aalameen)

HAJ KE MASAAYIL

 (1) umar bhar me ek martaba haj karna farz he agar kayi haj kiye hto ek faraz hua aur sab nafil hue aur unka bhi bahut bada sawaab he 

(2) jawaani se pehle ladakpan me agar koi haj kiya he tho uska kuch eatebaar nahi agar maaldaar he tho jawaan hone ke baad phie haj karna farz he aur jo haj ladakpan me kiya he wo nafl he 

(3) andhi par haj faraz nahi he chaahe jitni maaldaar ho 

(4) jab kisi par haj faraz hogaya tho nfourabn usi saal haj karna waajib he bila uzar der karna aur ye jkhiyyaal karna ke abhi umar padi he phir kisi saal haj karlenge durust nahi he phir wo 2,4 baras ke baad haj karliya tho adaa hogaya lekin gunahgaar hui 

(5) haj karne ke loiye raasthe me apne shohar ka ya kisi moharam ka sath hona bhi zaroori he bagair iske haj ke liye jaana durust nahi he haan albatha agar makke se itni door par rehthi ho ke uske ghar se makke tak 3 mazil na ho tho be shohar aur mehranm ke sath hue bhi jaan adurust he 

(6) agar wo mehram n balig ho ya aisa bad'deen ho ke maa behan wagairah se bhi ispar itminaan nahi tho uske saath jaana durust nahi 

(7) jab koi mehram qaabil e itminaan sath jaane ke liye mil jaawe tho wo haj ko jaane se shohar ka rokna durust nahi he agar shohar roke bhi tho uski baat na maane chali jaawe 

(8)jo ladki abhi jawaan nahi hui lekin jawaani ki qareebb hochuki he isko ko bhi bagair sharyi mehram ke jaan adurust nahi aur gair mehram ke sath jaana bhi durust nahi 

(9) jo mehram isko haj karane ke liye jaawe uska saara kharcgh usi par waajib he ke jo kuch kharch ho dewe 

(10) agar saari umar aisa mehram na mila jis ke sath safar kare hto haj na karne ka gunah na hoga lekin marthe waqth ye wasiyyath karjaana waajib he ke meri taraf se haj kara dena marjaane ke baad uske waaris usi ke maal me se kisi aadmi ko kharch de kar bheje ke wo jaa kar murda ki taraf se haj kar aawe-us se us zumma a haj uthar jaawega aur us haj ko jo dusron ko taraf se kiya jaatha he haj e badal kehte he 

(11) agar kisi ke zumma haj farz tha aur us ne susthi se der kardi phir wo andhi hogayi ya aisi beemaar hogayi ke safar ki qaabil na rahi to us ko bhi haj e badal ki wasiyyath karjaana chahiye

(12) agar wo itna maal chod kar mari ho ke qaraz wagairah de kar tihayi maal me se haj e badal kara sakthe he tab tho waaris par uski wasiyyath ka poora karna aur haj e badal karwana waaib he-aur agar maal thoda he ke ek tihaayi me se haj e badal nahi hosakta tho uska wali haj na karwaaye-haan agar aisa kare ke tihaayi maal murda ka dewe aur jitna zyada lage wo khud dede tho albatha haj e badal karasakta he garz ye  he ke murde ka tihaayi maal se zyada na dewe-haan agar uske sab waaris bakhushi raazi hho jaawe ke hum apna hissa na lewenge tum haj e badal karado tho tihaayi maal se zyada laga dena bhi durust he lekin na baalig warison ki ijazath ka sharaa me kuch eatebaar nahi he is liye unka hissa hargiz na lewe

(13) agar wo haj e badal ki wasiyyat hkar ke mar gayi lekin maal kam tha isliye tihaayi maal me haj e badal na hosaka aur tihaayi se zyada lagane ko warison ne khushi se manzoor na kiya isliye haj nahi karaya gaya tho is bechaari par koi gunah nahi 

(14) sab wasiyyathon ka yehi hukm he so agar kisi ke zimma bahut roze ya namaze qaza baaqi the ya zakaath baaqi thi aur wasiyyath kar ke mar gayi tho faqth tihaayi maal se ye sab kuch kiya jaawega tihaayi se zyada bagair waarison ki wali razamandi ke lagana jayez nahi he aur uska bayan pehle bhi aachuka he 

(15) bagair wasiyytah kiye uske maal me haj e badal karana durust nahi he haan agr sab waaris khushi se manzoor karle  tho jayez he aur in sha allah haj e farz adaa hojayega magar nabalig ki ijazath ka kuch eatebaar nahi 

(16) agar ye aurath iddath me ho tho iddath chod kar haj ko jaana durust nahi 

(17)  jis ke paas makke ke aamad wa rifath ke laayeq kharch ho aur madeena ka kharch na ho uske zimma haj faraz hoga baaz aadmi samajhte he ke jab tak madeena ka bhi kharz na hojaana farz nahi ye bilkul galath khayaak he 

(18) ehraam me aurath ko muh dhaankne me muh se kapda lagan durust nahi aaj kal is kaam ke liye ek jaalidaar pikha biktha he uske chere par baand liya jaawe aur aankhon ke rubaruh jaali rahe is par buqa pada rahe ye durust he 

(19) masaayil e haj ke mutalluq  haj kiye na samajme aasakte he na yaad rehsakte he aur jab haj ko jaathe he waha muallim log sab bathla dethe he isliye likhne ki zarurath nahi samjhi isi tarah umraa ke tarkeeb bhi waha jaa kar maloom hojaathi he

jis shakhs ke paas zaruriyaat se zaayid itna kharch ho ke sawaari par mutawasith guzaraan se khaatha, peetha chala jaawe aur haj karke chala aawe uske zimma haj faraz ho jaatha he aur haj ki badi buzrugi aayi he chunaanch JANAAB E RAOOSLULLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya he ke jo haj gunahon aur kharabiyon se paak ho uska badla bajaz e behisht ke aur kuch nahi isi tarah umra bhi bade sawaab ka waada farmaya gaya he chunache HUZOOR SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM  ne farmaaya he ke haj aur umra donon ke donon gunahon ko is tarah door karthe he jaise bhatti lohe ke mail ko door karthi he aur jis ke zimma haj faraz ho aur wo na kare uske liye badi dhamki aayi he chunanche RASOOLULLAH SALLALALLHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farnaya he jis shaks ke paas khane,peene aur sawaari ka itna saamaan ho jis se wo baitullah shareef ja sake aur phir wo haj na kare tho wo yahudi ho kar mare ya nasrani ho kar mare khuda ko iski kuch parwaah nahi aur ye bhi farmaaya he ke haj ka tark karna islaam ka tareeqa nahi he....

qurbaani ke mazeed masaayil

 (21)itna dubla bilkul mareel janwar jis ke hidiyon me bilkul goda na raha ho uski qurbaani durust nahi he aur agar itna dublana ho tho duble hone se kuch harj nahi uski qurbaani durust he lekin mote taaze jaanwar ki qurbaani karna zyada behtar he 

(22) jis jaanwar ke bilkul daanth na ho uski qurbaani durust nahi aur agar kuch daanth gir gaye lekin jitne gire he unse zyada baaqi he tho uski qurbaani durust he 

(23) jis jaanwar ke paidayish hi se kaan nahi he uski  bhi qurbaani durust nahi he aur agar kaan tho he lekin bilkul zara zara se chte chote he tho uski qurbaani durust he 

(24) jis jaanwar ke paidayyish hi se seeng nahi ya seeng tho the lekin toot gaye uski qurbaani durust he albatha agar bilkul jad se toot gaye ho tho qurbaani durust nahi 

(25) khassi yaani badhiya bakre ya mende wagairah ki bhi qurbaani durust he jis jaanwar ke khaarish yaani khujli ho uski bhi qurbaani durust he albatha agar kharasht ki wajah se bilkul laagir hogaya ho tho durust nahi 

(26) agar jaanwar qurbaani ke liye khareed liya tab koi aisa aib paida hogaya jis se qurbaani durust nahi tho is ke badle dusra jaanwar khareed kar  ke qurbaani kare haan agar gareeb aadmi ho jis par qurbaani karna waajib nahi tho is ke waaste durust he wahi jaanwar qurbaani karde 

(27) qurbaani ka gosht aap khawe aur apne rishte naathe ke logon ko dede aur faqeeron mohtaajon ko khairaath kare aur behtar ye he ke kam se kam tihayi hissa khairaath kare khairaath me tihaayi se kami na kare lekin agar kisi ne thoda sa gosht khairaath kiya tho bhi koi gunah nahi he 

(28) qurbaani ki khaal ya tho yun hi khairaath karde aur ya bech kar uski qeemath khairaath karde o qeemath aise logon ko de zakaath ka paisa dena durust he aur qeemath me jo paise mile he biainihi wahi paisa khairaath karna chahiye agar wo paise kisi kaam me kharch kardaale aur itne hi paise aur apne paas se dediye tho buri baat he magar adaa hojaawenge

(29) is khaal ki qeemath ko masjid ki marammath ya aur kisi nek kaam me lagana durust nahi khairaath hi karna chahiye 

(30) agar khaal ko apne kaam me laawe jaise isko chilni banwaali ya mushk ya dol ya jaanamaz banwali ye bhi durust he 

(31) kuch gosht ya charbi ya chichore kasaayi o mazdoori me na dewe balke mazdoori apne paas se alag dewe

(32) qurbaani ki rassi jhool wagairah sab cheeze khairaath karde

(33)kisi par qurbaani waajib nahi thi lekin usne qurbaani ki niyyath se jaanwar khareed liya tho ab us jaanwar ki qurbaani waajib hogayi 

(34) kisi par qurbaani waajib thi lekin qurbaani ke teeno din guzar gaye aur usne qurbaani nahi ki tho ek bakri ya bhed ki qeemath khairaath kardewe aur agar bakri khareed li thi tho wahi bakri biainihi khairaath karde 

(34) jis ne qurbaani karne ki mannath maani phir wo kaam poora hogaya jis ke waasthe mannath maani thi tho ab qurbaani karna waajib he chahe maaldaar ho ya na ho aur mannath ki qurbaani ka sab gosht faqeeron ko khairaath karde na aap khaye na ameeron ko dewe jitna aap khaya ho ya ameeron ko diya ho utna phir khairaath karna padega 

(36) agar apni khushi se kisi murde ke sawaab pahunchane ke liye qurbaani kare tho iske gosht me se khud khana,khilana,baantna sab durust he jis tarah apne qurbaani ka hukm he 

(37) lekin agar koi murda wasiyyath kar gaya ho ke mere tarke me se meri taraf se qurbaani ki jaawe aur uski wasiyyath par usi ki maal se qurbaani ki gayi tho is qurbaani ki tamaam gosht wagairah ka qurbaani kardena waajib he 

(38) agar koi shakhs yeha moujood nahi aur dusre shakhs ne uski taraf se bagair uske amar ke qurbaani kardi tho ye qurbaani saheeh nahi hui aur kisi jaanwar me kisi gaayab ka hissa badoon uske amar ke tajweez karliya tho aur hissadaaron ki qurbaani bhi saheeh na hogi 

(39) agar koi jaanwar kisi ko hissa par diya he tho ye jaanwar us parwarish karne waali ki milk nahi hua balke asal maalika ki he is liye agar kisi ne is paalne waali se khareed kar qurbaani kardi tho qurbaani nahi hui agar aisa jaanwar khareedna ho tho asal maalik se jis ne hissa par diya he khareed le 

(40) agar ek jaanwar me kayi aadmi shareek he aur wo sab gosht kha kar aapas me taqseem nahi karthe balke ekjaayi fuqra wa ahbaab ko taqseem karna ya khana paka kar khilana chahe tho bhi jayez he agar taqseem karenge tho isme barabari zaroori he 

(41) qurbaani ki khaal ki qeemath kisi ko ujrath me dena jayez nahi basharate ke ujrath me na diya jaaye 

(42) agar koi jaanwar gaabhan ho tho uski qurbaani jayez he phir agar bacha zinda nikle tho usko bhi zubah karde

qurbaani ke masaayil

 (1) jis par sadqa,fitr waajib he us par bakar eid ke dinon me qurbaani karna bhi waajib he aur itna maal na ho jitne ke hone se sadqa fitr waajib hotha he tho us par qurbaani waajib nahi he lekin phir bhi agar kardewe tho bahut sawaab paawega

(2) musaafir par qurbaani waajib nahi

(3) bakar eid ke daswe taareekh se lekar baarwen tareekh ki shaam tak qurbaani karne ka waqth he chahe jis din qurbaani kare Lekin qurbaani karne ka sab se behtareen din bakar eid ka din he phir gyahrawe taareekh phir baarhwe tareekh

(4) bakar eid ki namaz hone se pehle qurbaani karna durust nahi he jab log namaz pad chuke tab kare albatha agar koi kisi deehaath me aur gaaon me rehti ho tho waha thuloo e subah saadiq ke baad bhi qurbaani kardena durust he shehar ke aur qasba ke rehne waale namaz ke baad kare 

(5) agar koi shehar ki rehne waali apni qurbaani ka jaanwar kisi gaau me bhej dewe tho uski qurbaani bakar eid ki namaz se pehle bhi durust he agarche khud wo shehar hi me moujood he lekin jab qurbaani deehaath me bhej di tho namaz se pehle qurbaani karna durust hogaya zubah hojaane ke baad usko mangwaale aur gosht khawe

(6) baarhwe taareekh suraj doobne se pehle pehle qurbaani karna durust he,jab sooraj doob gaya tho ab qurbaani karna durust nahi 

(7) taswe se baarhwe tak jab jee chahe qurbaani kare chaahe din me chahe raat me lekin raat ko zubah karna behtar nahi ke shayed koi rag na kate aur qurbaani durust na ho 

(8) daswe, gyahrawe,baarhwe taareekh safar me thi phir baarhwe tareekh suraj doobne se pehle gahr pahunch gayi ya 15 din kahi teharne ki niyyath karli tho ab qubaani karna waajib hogaya isi tarah agar pehle itna maal na tha isliye qurbaani waajib na thi phir baarhwe taareekh sooraj doobne se pehle kahi se maal migaya thoo qurbaani karna waajib he

(9) apni qurbaani ko apne haath se zubah karna behtar he agar khud zubah karna na jaanthi ho tho kisi aur se zubah karwaale aur zubah ke waqth waha jaanwar ke saamne khadi hojaana behtar he aur agar aisi jagah he ke parde ki wajah se khade nahi hosakthi tho bhi kuch harj nahi 

(10) qurbaani karthe waqth zubaan se niyyath padna aur dua padna zaroori nahi he agar dil me khiyaa karliya ke me qurbaani karti hun aur zubaan se kuch nahi pada faqth BISMILLAHI ALLAHU AKBAR keh ke zubah kardiya tho durust hogayi lekin agar yaad ho tho o dua padlena behtar he jo qurbaani ki bayan me zikr hui he

(11) qurbaani faqth apni taraf se karna waajib he aulaad ki taraf se waajib nahi balke agar na baalig aulaad maaldar bhi ho tab bhi us ki taraf se karna waajib nahi na apne maal me se na uske maal me se agar kisi ne uski taraf se qurbaani kardi tho nafil hoga lekin apni hi maal me se kare uske maal me se hargiz na kare 

(12)bakri,bakra,bhed,dumba,gai,bail,bhains,bhainsa,oont,oontni  itne jaanwaron ki qurbaani durust he aur kisi jaanwar ki qurbaani durust nahi

(13) gaai ,bhais,oont me agar 7 aadmi shareek ho kar qurbaani kare tho bhi durust he lekin shart ye he kekisi ka hissa 7we hisse se kam na ho aur sab ki niyyath qurbaani karne ki ya aqeeqa ki ho sirf gosht khaane ki  niyyath na ho agar kisi ka hissa 7we hisse kam hoga tho kisi ki qurbaani durust na hoga na uski jis ka poora hissa ho na uski jiska 7we se kam ho 

(14) agar gaai me 7 aadmiyon se kam log shareek hue jaise 5 aadmi shareek hue ya 6 aadmi shareek hue aur kisi ka hissa 7we hisse se kam nahi tab bhi sab ki qurbaani durust he aur agar 8 aadmi shareek hogaye tho kisi ki qurbaani saheeh nahi hogi 

(15) qurbaani ke liye kisi ne gaai khareedi aur khareedthe waqth ye niyyath ki ke agar koi aur milgaya tho usko bhi gaai me shareek karlenge aur saath me qurbaani karenge uske baad kuch aur log is gaai me shareek hogaye tho ye durust he aur agar khareedthe waqth uski niyyath shareek karne ki na thi balke poori gaai apni taraf se qurbaani karne ka iraada tha tho ab isme kisi aur ka shareek hona behtar tho nahi he lekin agar kisi ko shareek karliya tho dekhna chahiye jis ne shareek kiya he wo ameer he ke uspar qurbaani waajib he ya gareeb he jis par qurbaani waajib nahi agar ameer he tho durust he aur agar gareeb he tho durust nahi 

(16) agar qurbaani ka jaanwar kahi gum hogaya isliye dusra khareeda phir wo pehla bhi milgaya agar ameer aadmi ko aisa ittefaaq hua tho ek hi jaanwar ki qurbaani uspar waajib he aur agar gareeb aadmi ko aisa ittefaaq hua tho donon jaanwaron ki qurbaani us par waajib hogi 

(17) 7 aadmi gaai me shareek hue tho gosht baant'the waqth atkal se na baante balke khoob theek theek thol kar baante nahi tho agar koi hissa zyada kam rahega tho sood hojaawega aur gunah hoga albatha agar gosht ke sath kalla,paaye aur khaal ko bhi shareek karliya tho jis taraf kalla,paaye ya khaal ho us taraf agar gosht kam ho tho durust he chaahe jitna kam ho jis taraf gosht zyada tha us taraf kalla, paaye shareek kiye tho bhi sood hoga aur gunah hua 

(18) bakri saal bhar se kam ki durust nahi jab poore saal bhar ki ho tab qurbaani durust he aur gaai ,bhains 2 baras se kam ki durust nahi poore 2  baras ke hochuke tab qurbaani durust he aur oont 5 baras se kam ka durust nahi aur dumba aur bhed agar itna mota taaza ho ke saal bhar ka maaloom hotha ho aur saal bhar waale bhed dumbe me agar chod do tho kuch faraq na maloom hotha ho tho aise waqth  6 mahine ke dumba aur bhed ke bhi qurbaani durust he aur agar ais ana ho tho saal bhar ka hona chahiye 

(19) jo jaanwar andha ho ya kaan aho ek aankh ki taahi roshni ya is se zyada jaathi rahi ho ya ek kaan thihaayi ya thihaayi se zyada kat gaya ya tihaani dum ya tihayi se zyada kat gayi tho us jaanwar ki qurbaani durust nahi

(20) jo jaanwar itna langda he ke faqth 3 paaon se chaltha he choutha paau rakha hi nahi jaatha ya choutha paaun rakhta tho he lekin is se chal nahi saktha iski bhi qurbaani durust nahi aur agar chalthe waqth o paau zameen par tek kar chaltha he aur chalne me us se sahara lagtha he lekin langda karke chaltha he tho is ki qurbaani durust he

qurbaani ka bayan

 qubaani ka bada sawaab he rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya he ke qurbaani ke dinon me qurbaanni se zyada koi cheez allah ta'ala ko pasand nahi in dinoon me ye nek kaam sab nekiyon se bad kar he aur qubaani karthe waqth yaani zabah karthe waqth khoon ka jo qatra zameen par girtha he tho zameen tak pahunchne se pehle hi allah ta'al ke paas maqbool hojaatha he tho khoob khushi se aur khoob dil khol kar qurbaani kiya karo aur hazrath muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya he ke qurbaani ke badan par jitne baal hothe he har har baal ke badle me ek ek neki likhi jaathi he subhanallah socho tho ke is se bad kar aur kya sawaab hoga ke ye qurbaani karne se hazaaron laakhon nekiyan miljaathi he bheed ke badan par jitne baa; hothe he agr koi subah se shaam tak gine tho bhi na gin paawe pas socho tho kitnu nekiyan hui badi deendaari ki baat tho ye he ke agar kisi par qurbaani karna waajib bhi na ho tab bhi itni behisaab sawaab ke laalach se qurbaani kardena chahiye ke jab ye din chale jaayenge tho ye doulath kaha naseeb hogi aur itni aasaani se itni nekiyan kais kama sakegi aur agar allah ne maaldaar aur ameer banaya ho tho munasib he ke jaha apni taraf se qurbaani kare jo rishtedar margaye he jaise maa baap wagairah unki taraf se bhi qurbaani kar de ke unki rooh ko itna bada sawaab pahunch jaawe hazrath muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasaalam ki taraf se aap ki bibiyon ki taraf se apne peer wagairah ki taraf se karde aur nahi tho kam se kam itna thi zaroor kare ke apne taraf se qurbaani kare kyun ke maaldaar par tho waajib he jis ke paas maal o doulath sab kuch moujood he aur qurbaani karna uspar waajib he phir bhi usne qurbaani na ki tho us se badh kar badnaseebi aur mahroom kon hoga  aur gunah raha so alag jab qubaani ka jaanwar qibla lita de tho ye dua pade (INNI WAJJAHTHU WAJHIYA LILLAZI FATARAS'SAMAAWAATHI WAL ARZA HANEEFAUN WAMAA ANA MINAL MUSHRIKEEN INNA SALAATHI WANUSUKI WAMAHYAAYA WAMAMAATHI LILLAHI RABBIL AALAMEEN LASHAREEKALAH WABIZAALIKA UMIRTHU WA ANA MINAL MUSLIMEEN ALLAHUMMA MINKA WALAKA ) PHIR BISMILLAHI ALLAHU AKBAR KEH KAR YE DUA PADE ALLAHUMMA TAQABBALHU MINNI KAMAA TAQABBALTHA MIN HABEEBIKA MUHAMMADIW WA KHALEELIKA IBRAAHEEMA ALAIHIIMAS SALATHU WAS SALAM..

 khuda se shirk karna,haq khoon karna,wo aurathe jin ke aulad nahi hui hothi kisi ke sanoor me baaz aise tootke karti he ke ye bacha mar jaaye aur hamare aulaad ho ye bhi usi khoon me daakhil he,maa baap ko sathana,zina karna ,yatheemon ka maal khana jaise aksar aurathe khawind ke tamaam maal o jayidaad par qabza karke chote bachon ka hissa udathi he ladkiyon ko hissa meeraas ka na dena-kisi aurath ko zara se shuba me zina ki tohammath lagana,zulm karn, kisi ko uske peeche badi se yaad karna-khuda ki rehmath se na ummeed hona, waada karke poora na karna,amaanath me khiyaanath karna,khuda ka koi farz misl namaz,roza, haj,zakaath chod dena-quraan e shareef pad kar bhula dena,jhoot bolna,khusoosan jhooti qasam khan, khuda ki siwa aur kisi ki qasam, khana ya is tarah qasam khana ke marte waqth kalima naseeb na ho imaan par khaatima na ho-khuda ki siwa kisi aur ko sajda karna,bila uzar namaz ko qaza kardena,kisi musalmaan ko kaafir ya be imaan ya khuda ki maar ya khuda ki phatkaar,khuda ka dushman, wagairah kehna kisi ka gila shakwa sun'na,chori karna,biyaaj lena,anaaj ki giraani se khush hona,mol chuka kar peecche zabardasti se kam dena-gair mehram ke paas tanhaayi me baitn, juwa khelna,baaz aurathe aur ladkiyan bad bad ke gitte ya aur koi khel khelti he ye bhi juwa he kaafiron ke rasme pasand khane ko bura kehna,naach dekhna,raag baaja sun'na,qudrath hone par naseehath na karna,kisi se muskhara pan karke behurmath aur sharminda karna kisi ka aib dhoondna

WAZA'A QATA'A AUR LIBAAS KE SHARYI AADAAB

 (1) mardon ko takhne se neeche kurta ya payijama ya lungi pehenna mamnoo (mana) he

(2) ek jootha pehen kar chalna mamnoo he 

(3) kapde daahni (right) taraf se pehenna chahiye 

(4) kapda pehen kar apne allah ka is tarah shukr karne se gunahon ki mGFIRATH HOTHI HE (ALHAMDULILLAHILLAZI KASAANI HAAZA WARAZAQANEEHI MIN GAIRI HOULIM MINNI WALA QUWWAH) (MISHKAWTH 319)

(5) ameeron ke paas zyzda baitne se hos badthi he aur umda posha ki fikr hothi he behtar ye he ke jab tak kapde me pewand na lagjaaye usko puraana na samjhe 

(6) kapde me na is qadar zeenath wa ehtemaam kare ke log is ki taraf ungli uthaaye ke riya aur takabbur he aur na  bilkul maila ganda rahe ke niamath ki na shukri hr saadagi ke sath sawassuth rakhe 

(7) apni waza,a choud kar dusri qoumon kii waza'a se nafrath aisi ho jaise mard ko aurath ki libaas se hothi he 

(8) aurath ko bareek kapde pehenna nanga phirna he yaani nange rehne ki barabar he gunah me 

(9) mard ko sone ki angoti pehenna haraam he 

(10) jootha daahne pair me pehle pehno aur uathaarte waqth pehle baaye pair se uthaaro

(11) jaha jootha chori hone ka andesha ho apne paas rakhna (magar masjid me lejaane se pehle jhaadlena ta ke gard o gubaar bahar hi jhad jaaye)

SAJDA E TILAAWATH KA BAYAN

(1) quraan e shareef me sajda e tilaawath 14 he jahan kalaam e majeed ke kinaare par sajda likha rehta he is aayath ko padh kar sajda karna waajib hojaatha he aur is sajde ko sajda e tilaawath kehte he

(2) sajda e tilaawath karne ka tareeqa ye he ke ALLAHU AKBAR keh kar sajda kare aur ALLAHU AKBAR kehte waqth haath na uthaye sajde me kam iz kam SUBHANA RABBIYAL AALA kahe phir ALLAHU AKBAR keh kar sar uthawe bas sajda e tilaawath ada hogaya behtar ye he ke khada ho kar awwalan ALLAHU AKBAR kahe phir sajde me jaaye phir ALLAHU AKBAR  keh kar khade hojaaye agar bait kar ALLAHU AKBAR kahe phir sajde me jaaye phir ALLAHU KABAR  kahe phir sajde me jaaye phir ALLAHU AKBAR keh kar khada na ho tab bhi durust he 

(3) sajde ki aayath ko jo shaks pade us par bhi sajda karna waajib he aur jo sune us par bi waajib hojaatha he chahe quran sunne ki qasd se baita ho ya kisi kaam me laga ho aur bagair qasd ke sajde ki aayath sun li ho uske liye behtar ye he ke sajde ki aayath ko aahista se pade ta ke kisi aur par sajda tilawath waajib na ho

(4) jo cheeze namaz ke liye shart he o sajda e tilawath ke liye bhi yaani wazu ka hona ,jagah ka paak hona,badan aur kapde ka paak hona,qible ki taraf muh karke sajda karna 

(5)agar kisi ka wazu us waqth tak na ho tho phir kisi waqth wazu karke sajda karle fouran usi waqth sajda karna zaroori nahi lekin behtar ye he ke usi waqth sajda kare kyun ke shayid baad me yaad na rahe 

(6) agar kisi ke zimma bahut se sajde tilaawath ke baaqi he ab tak adaa na kiye ho tho ab adaa karle umar bhar me kabhi na kabhi adaa karlena chahiye kabi adaa na kare ga tho gunahgaar hoga 

(7) agar namaz me sajde ki aayath pade tho o aayath padne ki fouran baad e namaz hi me sajda karle phir baaqi surath pad kar ruku me jaaye agar is aayath ko pad kar fouran sajda na  kiya uske baad 2 aayathe ya 3 aayathe pad li tab bhi sajda kiya tho ye bhi durust he agar is se bhi zyada pad gaya tab sajda kiya tho sajda adaa hogaya lekin gunahgaar hogaya 

(8) agar namaz me sajde ki aayath padi aur namaz hi me sajda na kiya tho ab namaz ke baad sajda karne se adaa na hoga hamesha ke liye gunahgaar rahe ga ab siwaa e touba au istigfaar ke aur koi surath maafi ki nahi 

(9) sajde ki aayath pad kar agar fouran ruku me chala jaaye aur ruku me ye niyyath kare ke my sajda e tilaawath ki taraf se bhi yehi ruku karta hun tab bhi o sajda adaa hojaayega (agar imaam ho tho muqtadiyon ki  niyyath bhi zaroori hogi yaani unki bhi niyyath karni hogai ke is ruku me sajda e tilaawath ki bhi niyyath karta hun aur agar ruku me ye niyyath nahi ki thi ruku ke baad sajda jab karega tho isi sajda se sajda e tilaawath bhi adaa hojaayega chahe kuch niyyath kare chaahe na kare) is surath me muqtadiyon ki niyyath ki zarurath nahi balke un ki niyaath ki bhi adaa hojayega 

(10) ek hi jagah baite baite sajde ki aayath ko kayi baar dohra kar pade tho ek hi sajda waajib he chahe sab dafa pad kar aakhir me sajda kare ya pehli dafa pad kar sajda kare phir isi ko baar baar dohraatha rahe aur agar jagah badal gayi tab bhi isi aayath ko dohraaya phir teesri jagah jaa kar wohi aayath phir padi isi tarah barabar jagah badaltha raha tho jitni dafa dohraye uthi dafa sajda kare 

(11)agar ek hi jagah baite baite sajde ki kayi aayathe pade tho bhi jitni aayathe pade uthni sajde kare .

AURATHON KI  NAMAZ ME KHAAS FARAQ

(1) takbeer e tehrima ke waqth apne donon haath kandhe tak uthawe lekin haathon ko dupata se baaher na nikaale 

(2) seene par haath baandhe aur sirf daahne (right) haath ki hatheli ko baayen (left) hath ki pasht par rakh de aur donon baazuon ko pehluon se khoob milaye rahe aur donon pair ke tukhnon ko bilkul mila dewe 

(3) sajda me aurathe paaun na khade kare balke daahni (right) taraf nikaalde aur khoob samet kar aur dab kar sajda kare ke pet donon raanon se aur baahe donon pehlu se milade aur donon baahon ko zameen par rakh de

(4) qayidah me jab baithe donon paaon ko daahni ( right ) taraf nikaalde aur donon haathon ko raan par rakh de aur ungliyan khoob mila kar rakhe.

HAR MUSALMAAN KO RAAT DIN IS TARAH REHNA CHAHIYE

(1) zarurath ke muafiq deen ka ilm haasil kare khwah kitaab pad kar ya aalimon se puch kar
(2) sab gunahhon se bache
(3) agar koi gunah hojaaye tho fouran touba kare
(4) kisi ka haq na rakhe kisi ko zubaan se ya haath se takleef na de kisi ki buraayi na kare
(5)maal ki muhabbath aur naam ki khwahish na rakhe, na bahut ache khane kapde ki fikr me rahe
(6)agar uski khata par koi toke tho apni baat na banaye fouran iqraar aur touba kare 
(7)badoon e sakht zarurat ke safar na kare,safar me bahut se baate be ehtiyaati ki hothi he ,bahut si nek kaam choot jaathe he wazeefon me khalal pad jaatha he,waqth par koi kaam nahi hotha he.
(8) bahut na hanse, bahut na bole,khaas kar na mehram se be takallufi ki baate na kare 
(9) kisi se jhagda takraar na kare

(23) har waqth dil me duniya ka hisaab kitaab aur duniya ke kaamon ka zikr mazkoor na rakhe,balke khiyaal bhi allah ka rakhe

(34)kisi waqth bait kar roz ke roz apne din bahr ke kaamon ko socha kare,jo neki yaad aaye us par shukr kare,gunah par toubah kare

(36)jo mehfil khilaaf e sharah ho waha hargiz na jaaye 
(37)sharm wa haya aur bardbaari se rahe 
(38)un baaton par magroor na ho ke mere andar aisi khoobiyan he
(39)allah ta'ala se dua kiya kare ke nek raah par qaayim rakhe
(40)nek sohabbath ikhtiyaar kare

MUFSIDAATH E NAMAZ

(YAANI NAMAZ KO THOD DENE WAALI CHEEZE)

(1) namaz me baathe karna qasdan ho ya bhool kar thoda ho ya bahut har surath me namaz toot jaathi he

(2) salaam karna yani kisi shakhs ko salaam karne ki iraade se salaam ya tasleem ya assalaamu alaikum ya aisi jaisa koi lafz keh dena
 
(3) salaam ka jawaab dena ya cheenkne waale ko YARHAMUKALLAH ya namaz se bahar waale kisi shaks ki dua par aameen kehna

(4) kisi buri khabar par INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHI RAJIOON padna ya kis

 achi khabar par ALHAMDULILLAH kehna ya kisi

(5) ajeeb khabar par SUBHANALLAH KEHNA  kehna
 
(6) dard ya ranj ki wajah se AAH ya  UFF kehna (aawaaz nikaalna)

(7) apne imaam ke siwa kisi dusre ko luqma dena yaani qiraath me galthi batana

(8) quraan e shareef dekh kar padn

(9) quraan e majeed padne me koi sakht galthi karna

(10) amal  e kaseer karna yaani koi aisa kaam karna jis se dekhne waale samjhe ke ye shakhs
 namaz nahi pad raha he 

(11) khana peena qasdan ho ya bhoole se

(12) safon ki miqdaar ke barabar chalna 

(13) qible ki taraf se bila uzare seene ko pher lena

(14) na paak jagah par sajda karna
 
(15) satar khuljaane ki haalath me ek rukun ki miqdaar teharna 

(16) dua me aisi cheez maangna jo aadmiyon se maangi jaathi he maslan yallah aaj muje 100 rupee dede 

(17) darad ya museebath ki wajah se is tarah rona ke aawaaz me huruf zaahir hojaaye
 
(18) baalig aadmi ka namaz me qah qah maar kar ya aawaaz se hansna

(19) imaam se aage badjaan wagairh

Namaz ke 6 faraiz aur 14 waajibaath he

NAMAZ ME 6 AISE FARAIZ HE JIN KE BAGAIR NAMAZ NAHI HOTHI 

(1)takbeer e tehreema kehna yaani Allah hu akbar kehna 

(2) qiyaam karna yaani khade hona 

(3) qiraat karna yaani Qura'an e majeed ka padna 

(4) ruku karna 

(5) dono sajde karna

(6)  qayida aakhira yaani namaz ke aakhir me athahiyyath padne ke baqadar baitna 

NOTE  : takbeer e tehreema sharth he rukun nahi he magar chunke namaz se bilkul mili hui he is liye faraiz me likhi gayi

(1)faraz namazon ki pehli 2 rakaathon ko qiraath ke liye muqarrar karna 

(2) faraz namazon ki teesri aur chouthi rakaath ke alawa tamaam namazon ki har rakaath me surah faathiha padna

(3)faraz namaz ki pehi 2 rakaathon me aur waajib aur sunnath aur nafil namazon ki tamaam rakaathon me surah faathiha ke baad koi surah ya badi ek aayath ya choti 3 aayathe padna 

(4)surah faathiha ko surah se pehle padna 

(5)qiraath aur ruku me aur sajdon aur rakaathon me tarteeb qaayim rakhna 

(6)qouma karna yaani ruku se uth kar seedhe khade hona 

(7)jalsa yaani donon sajdon ke darmiyaan me seedha bait jaana 

(8)taadile arkaan yaani ruku sajda wagairah ko itminaan se ada karna 

(9)tadeele oola yaani 3 ya 4 rakaath waali namaz me 2 rakaathon ke baad tashahhud ke miqdaar baitna 

(10)donon qaayidon me tashahhud padna 

(11)imaan ko namaz e fajar,magrib,isha,jumaa,eidain,taraweeh aur ramadaan shareef ke witarin me aawaaz se qiraath karna aur zuhar asar wagairah namzon me aahista padna 

(12)lafz e salaam ke sath namaz se alahida hona

(13)namaz e witar me qunooth ke liye takbeer kehna aur dua e qunooth padna 

(14)donon eidain ki namaz me zaayid takbeere kehna

ISTEKHARA KI NAMAZ KA BAYAN

(1) jab koi kaam karne ka iraada kare tho allah miya se silah lelewe is sila lene ko istikhara kehte he hadees me iski bahut targeeb aaayi he nabi kareem salallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya he ke allah ta ala se sila na lena aur istekhara na karna badbakhti aur kam naseeebi ki baat he kahi mangni kare ya biyah kare ya safar kare ya aur koi kaam kare tho be istekhara kiye na kare tho in sha allahu ta ala kabhi apne kiye par pashemaan na hogi 

(2) istekhara ki namaz ka tareeqa ye he ke  pehle 2 rakaath nafil namaz pade iske bad khoob dil laga ke ye dua pade allahumma inni astakheeruku bi ilmika wa astaqdiruka bi qudrathika wa as`aluka min fazlikal azeem fa innaka taqdiru wala aqdiru wa taalamu wala aalamu wa antha allamul guyoob allahumma inkuntha ta`alamu anna (haazal amra) khairullee fee deeni wa ma`aashi waa aaqibathi amri faqdiruhu wayassirhuli summa baarikli feehi wa in kuntha ta`alamu anna haazal amra sharrulli fee deeni wa ma`ashi wa aaqibathi amri fasrifhu anni wasrifni anhu waqdir liyal khaira haisu kaana summa arzini bih   aur jab hazal amra  par pahunche jo bracket me he uske padthe waqth usi kaam ka khiyaal karle jis ke liye istekhara karna chahthi he uske baad paak wa saaf bichone par qibla ki taraf muh karke ba wazu so jaawe jab so kar uthe us waqth jo baat dil me mazboothi se aajawe wohi behtar he usi ko karna chahiye 

(3) agar ek din me kuch maloom na ho aur dil ka khuljaan aur taraddud na jaawe tho dusre din phir aisa hi kare isi tarah 7 din tak kare in sha allahu ta ala zaroor is kaam acha ya burayi maloom hojaayegi 

(40 agar haj ke liye jaana ho tho ye istekhara na kare ke my jaun ya na jaun balke yun istekhara kare fulaan din jaaun ke na jaun 


SAJDA SAHW KA BAYAN

(1) NAMAZ ME JITNI CHEEZE WAAJIB HE USME SE EK WAAJIB YA KAYI WAAJIB AGAR BHOOLE SE REH JAAYE THO SAJDA SAHW KARNA WAAJIB HE AUR ISKE KARLENE SE NAMAZ DURUST HOJAATHI HE AGAR SAJDA SAHW NAHI KIYA THO NAMAZ PHIR SE PADE 

(2) AGAR BHOOLE SE NAMAZ KA KOI FARZ CHOOT JAAWE THO SAJDA SAHW KARNE SE NAMAZ DURUST NAHI HOTHI PHIR PADE 

(3) SAJDA SAHW KARNE KA TAREEKHA YE HE KE AAKHIRI RAKAATH ME FAQTH ATHAHIYYATH PAD KE EK TARAF SALAAM PHER KAR 2 SAJDE KARE PHIR BAITH KAR ATHAHIYYATH PHIR DAROOD E SHAREEF AUR DUA PAD KE DONON TARAF SALAAM PHERE AUR NAMAZ KHATAM KARE 

(4) KISI NE BHOOL KAR SALAAM PHERNE SE PEHLE HI SAJDA SAHW KARLIYA TAB BHI ADAA HOGAYA AUR NAMAZ SAHEEH HOGAYI 

(5) AGAR BHOOLE SE 2 RUKU KARLIYE YA 3 SAJDE THO SADJA SAHW KARNA WAAJIB HE 

(6) NAMAZ ME ALHAM PADNA BHOOL GAYE FAQTH SURATH PADI YA PEHLE SURATH PADI AUR PHIR ALHAM PADI THO SAJDA SAHW KARNA WAAJIB HE 

(7)FARAZ KI PEHLI 2 RAKAATON ME SURATH MILANA BHOOL GAYE THO PICHLI DONON RAKAATHOON ME SURATH MILAAWE AUR SAJDA E SAHW KARE AUR AGAR PEHLI 2 RAKAATHON ME SE EK RAKAATH ME SURATH  NAHI MILAAYI THO PICHLI EK RAKAATH ME SURATH MILAWE AUR SAJDA E SAHW KARE AUR AGAR PICHLI RAKAATHON ME BHI SURATHH MILANA YAAD NA RAHA NA PEHLI RAKAATH ME SURATH MILAYI NA PICHLI RAKATH ME BILKUL AAKHIR RAKAATH ME ATHAHIYYAAT PADTHE WAQTH YAAD AAYA KE DONO RAKAATHON ME YA EK RAKAATH ME SURAH NAHI MILAYI TAB BHI SAJDA SAHW MILANE SE NAMAZ HOJAYEGI

(8)SUNNATH AUR NAFIL KI SAB RAKAATHON ME SURAH KA MILANA WAAJIB HE ISLIYE AGAR KISI RAKAATH ME SURAH KA MILANA BHOOL JAYE THO SAJDA E SAHW KARE 

(9)ALHAMD PADKE SOCHNE LAGI KONSI SURAH PADUN AUR IS SOCH  BACHAAR ME ITNI DER LAG GAYI JITNI DER ME  3 MARBATA SUBHANALLAH KEHSAKTI HE THO BHI  SAJDA SAHW WAAJIB HE 

(10) AGAR BILKUL AAKHIR RAKAATH ME ATHAHIYYATH AUR DAROOD PADNE KE BAAD SHUBAH HUA KE MY NE 4 RAKAATHE PADI HE YA 3 ISI SOCH ME KHAMOOSH BAITI RAHI AUR SALAAM PHERNE ME ITNI DER LAG GAYI JITNI DER ME 3 DAFA SUBHANALLAH KEH SAKTI HE PHIR YAAD AAGAYA KE MY NE CHAARON RAKAATHE PADLI THO IS SURATH ME BHI SAJDA SAHW KARNA WAAJIB HE 

(11)JAB ALHAMD AUR SURATH PAD CHUKI BHOOLE SE KUCH SOCHNE LAGI AUR RUKU KARN ME ITNI DER HOGAYI JITNI KE UPAR BAYAN HUI THO BHI SAJDA SAHW KARNA WAAJIB HE 

(12)ISI TARAH AGAR PADTHE PADTHE DARMIYAAN ME RUK GAYI AUR KUCH SOCHNE LAGI AUR SOCHNE ME ITNI DER LAG GAYI YA JAB DUSRI YA CHOUTHI RAKAATH PAR ATHAHIYYATH KE LIYE BAITI THO FOURAN ATHAHIYYATH SHURU NAHI KI KUCH SOCHNE ME ITNI DER LAG GAYI YA JAB RUKU SE UTHI THO DER TAK KUCH KHADI SOCHA KI YA DONON SAJDON ME BEECH ME JAB BAITI THO KUCH SOCHNE ME ITNI DER LAGA DI THO IN SAB SURATHO ME SAJDA SAHW KARNA WAAJIB HE GARAZ KE JAB BHOOLE SE KISI BAAT KE KARNE ME DER KARDEGI YA KISI BAAT KI SOCHNE KI WAJAH SE DER LAGJAAWEGI SAJDA SAHW WAAJIB HOGA 

(13) 3 RAKAATH YA 4 RAKAATH WAALI FARZ NAMAZ ADAA PAD RAHI HO YA QAZA AUR WITHARON ME AUR ZUHAR KI PEHLI SUNNATHON KI 4 RAKAATHON ME JAB 2 RAKAATH PAR ATHAHIYYATH KE LIYE BAITI THO 2 DAFA PAD GAYI THO BHI SAJDA SAHW WAAJIB HE AUR AGAR ATHAHIYYATH KE BAAD ITNA DAROOD E SHAREEF BHI PAD GAYI ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMAD YA IS SE ZYZDA PAD GAYI TAB AAYA AUR UTH KHADI HUI THO BHI SAJDA SAHW WAAJIB HE AUR AGAR IS SE KAM PADA HO THO SAHW KA SAJDA WAAJIB NAHI

qaza namazon ke padne ka bayan

 (1) jis ki koi namaz choot gayi ho tho jab yaad aawe foran uski qaza kare bila kisi uzar ke qaza padne me der lagana gunah he so jis ki koi namaz qaza hogayi aur usne fouran uski qaza na padi dusre waqth par ya dusre din par daaldi ke fulaane din padlungi aur us din se pehle hi achaanak mouth se margayi tho duhra gunah hua ek tho namaz ki qaza hojaane  ka aur dusre fouran qaza na padne ka 

(2) agar kisi ki kayi namaze qaza hogayi tho jaha tak hosake jaldi se sab ki qaza padlewe hosake tho himmath karke ek hi waqth sab ki qaza padle ye zaroori nahi ke zuhar ki qaza zuhar ki waqth pade aur asar ki qaza asar ki waqth aur agar bahut si namaze kayi mahine ya  kayi barason ki qaza ho tho unki qaza me bhi jaha tak hosake jaldi kare ek ek waqth do do chaar chaar namaze qaza padliya kare agar koi majboori aur naachaari ho tho khair ek waqth ek hi namaz ki qaza saheeh  ye bahut kam darje ki baat he

(3)qaza padne ka koi waqth muqarrar nahi he jis waqth fursath ho wazu karke padle albatha itna khiyaal rakhe ke makru waqth na ho 

(4)jis ki ek hi namaz qaza hui is se pehle uski koi namaz qaza  nahi hui ya us se pehle namaze qaza tho hue lekin sab ki qaza padchuki he faqth isi ek namaz ki qaza padni baaqi he tho pehle uski qaza padlewe tab koi ada namaaz pade agar bagair qaza namaz pade hue aur namaz padi tho adaa durusth nahi hui qaza padke phir ada pade-haan agar qaza padni yaad na rahi bilkul bhool gayi tho adaa durusth hogyi jab yaad aawe tho faqth qaza padlewe-adaa ko na dohraawe

(5)agar waqth bahut tang he ke pehle qaza padegi tho adaa namaz ka waqth baaqi na rahe ga tho pehle adaa padle phir qaza padle 

(6) agar 2 ya 3 ya 4ya 5 namazen qaaza hogaye aur siwaaye un namazon ke uske zimme kisi aur namaz ki qaza baaqi nahi he yaani umar bhar me jab se jawaan hui he kabhi koi namaz qaza nahi hui ya qaza tho hogayi lekin sab ki qaza padchuki he tho jab tak in paanchon ki qaza na padlewe tab tak adaa namaz padna durust nahi he-aur jab in paanchon ki qaza pade tho is tarah pade ke jo namaz sab se awaal choooti he pehle uski qaza pade  phir  uske baad waali phir uske baad waali-is tarah tarteeb se paanchon namazen qaza pade jaise kisi ne poore ek din ki namazen nahi padi fajar,zuhar,asar,magrib,isha ye paancho namaze choot gaye tho pehle fajar phir zuhar phir asar phir magrib aur phir isha isi tarteeb se qaza pade agar pehle fajar ki qaza nahi padi balke pehle zuhar ki padi ya asar ki ya aur koi tho durust nahi hui phir se padna padegi

(7)agar kisi ke 6 namazen qaza hogaye tho ab be unki qaza pade hue bhi adaa namaz padni jayez he aur jab un 6 namazon ki qaza pade tho jo namaz sab se pehle qaza hui he pehle uski qaza padna waajib nahi he balke jo chaahe pehle pade aur jo chaahe peeche pade sab jaayez he aur ab tarteeb se padni waajib nahi 

(8) 2,4 mahine ya 2,4 baras hue ke kisi 6 namze ya zyada qaza hogaye the aur ab unki qaza nahi padi-lekin uske baad hamesha namaz padthi rahi kabi qaza nahi hone paayi-muddath ke baad ab phir ek namaz jaathi rahi tho us soorath me bhi bagair uski qaza pade hue adaa namaz padni durust he aur tarteeb waajib nahi

(9)kisi ki zimma 6 namaze ya bahut si namaze qaza  the isliye tarteeb se padni us par waajib nahi thi lekin usne ek ek ya do do karke sab ki qaza padli ab kisi namaz ki padni baaqi nahi rahi tho ab phir jab ek namaz ya paanch namazen qaza hojaawe tho tarteeb se padna padega aur be un namaz ki qaza pade adaa namaz padni durust nahi albatha ab phir agar 6 namazen choot jaawe tho phir tarteeb muaaf hojaawegi aur bagair un 6 namazon ki qaza pade bhi adaa padni durust he 

(10)kisi ki bahut si namazen qaza hogaye the usne thodi thodi karke sab ki qaza padli ab faqth 4,5 namazen reh gaye tho ab un 4,5 namazon ki tarteeb se padna waajib nahi he balke ikhtiyaar he jistarah ji chaahe pade aur bagair un baaqi  namazon ki qaza pade hue bhi adaa padlena dururst he

 (11)agar witar ki namaz qaza hogayi aur siwaaye witar ke koi aur namaz uske zimma qaza nahi tho bagair witar ki qaza pade hue fajar ki namaz padni durust nahi he agar witar ka qaza hona yaad ho phir bhi pehle qaza na pade balke fajar ki namaz padlewe tho ab qaza padke fajar ki namaz phir padni padegi 

(12)faqth isha ki namaz padke so rahi-phir tahajjud ke waqth uthi phir wazu karke tahajjud aur witar ki namaz padi phir subah ko yaad aaya ke isha ki namaz bhoole se be wazu padli thi tho ab faqth isha ki qaza pade witar ki qaza na pade 

(13)qaza faqth faraz namazoon aur witar ki padi jaathi he sunnathon ki qaza nahi he albatha agar fajar ki namaz qaza hojaawe tho agar dopehar se pehle pehle qaza pade tho sunnath aur faraz donon ki qaza pade aur agar dopehar ke baad qaza pade tho faqth 2 rakaath faraz ki qaza pade 

(14)agar fajar ka waqth tang hogaya isliye faqth 2 rakaath faraz padliye sunnath chordi tho behtar ye he ke suraj ooncha hone ke baad sunnath ki qaza padle lekin dopehar se pehle hi pehle pade 

(15)kisi be namazi ne touba ki tho jitni namazen umar bhar me qaza hui he sab ki qaza padni waajib he touba se nmazen muaaf nahi hothe albatha jo na padne se gunah hua tha wo touba se muaaf hogaya ab unki qaza na padegi tho phir gunahgaar hogi

(16)agar kisi ki kuch namazen qaza hogaye ho aur unki qaza padne ki abhi noubath nahi aayi tho marthe waqth namazon ki taraf se fidiya dene ki wasiyyath kar jaana waajib he nahi tho gunah hoga aur namaz ke fiidiya ka bayan roze ke fidiya ke sath aayega in sha allahu ta aala

namaz ko thod dene waali cheezon ka bayan

 (1) qasdan ya bhoole se namaz me bol uthi tho namaz jaathi rahi

(2) namaz me aah ya ooh ya uff ya haai kahe ya zor se roye tho namaz jaathi rehti he albatha agar jannath aur dozakh ko yaad karne se dil bhar aaya ya zor se aawaaz ya aah ya uff wagairah bhi nikal jaawe tho namaz nahi tooti

(3)bezarurath khakaarne aur gala saaf kaarne se jis se ek aadh hurf bhi paida hojaawe namaz toot jaathi he albatha laachaari aur majboori ke waqth khakaarna durust he aur namaz nahi jaathi

(4)namaz me cheenk aayi us par alhamdulillah kaha tho namaz nahi gayi lekin na kehna chahiye-aur agar kisi aur ko cheenk aayi aur usne namaz hi me usne ya rahmakallah kaha tho namaz jaathi rahi

(5)quraan shareef me dekh dekh kar padne se namaz nahi hothi

(6)namaz me itni mud gayi ke seena qibla ki taraf mud gaya tho namaz toot gayi

(7)kisi ke salaam ka jawab diya aur walaikumussalam kaha tho namaz jaathi rahi

(8) namaz ke andar jooda baandha tho namaz jaathi rahi

(9)namaz me koi cheez khali ya pee liya tho namaz jaathi rahi,yaha tak ke agar ek til ya duhra utha kar kha lewe tho bhi namaz toot jaawegi albatha agar duhra wagaira koi cheez daanthon me atki hui thi usko nigal gayi tho agar chane se kam ho tab tho namaz hogayi aur agar chane ke barabar ya zyada ho tho namaz toot gayi 

(10)muh me paan daba hua he aur uski peek halaq me jaathi he tho namaz nahi hui 

(11)koi meehti cheez khayi-phir kulli karke namaz padne lagi lekin muh me uska mazah kuch baaqi he aur thook ke sath halaq me jaatha he tho namaz saheeh he 

(12)namaz me kuch khushkhabri suni aur uspar alhamdulillah keh diya ya kisi ki mouth ki khabar suni uspar inna lillahi wainna ilaihi rajioon pada tho namaz jaathi rahi 

(13)koi ladka wagairah gir pada uske girthe waqth bismillah kehdiya tho namaz jaathi rahi 

(14) namaz me bacha ne aakar doodh piliya tho namaz jaathi rahi albatha agar doodh nahi nikla tho namaz nahi agyi 

(15) allahu akbar kehte waqth allah ke alif ko bada diya aur aalallhu akbar kaha tho namaz jaathi rahi isi tarah agar akbar ki baa ko badaa kar pada aur allahu akbaar kaha tho bhi namaz jaathi rahi 

(16) kisi khath ya kisi kitaab par nazar padi aur usko apni zubaan se nahi pada lekin  dil hi dil me matlab samajh gayi tho namaz nahi tooti albatha agar zubaan se padlewe tho namaz jaathi rahegi

(17) namazi ke saamne se agar koi chala jaaawe ya kutha,billi, bakri wagairah koi jaanwar nikal jaawe tho namaz nahi tooti lekin saamne se jaane waale aadmi ko bada gunah hoga isliye aisi jagah namaz padna chahiye jaha aage se koi na nikle aur phirne chalne me logon ko takleef na ho aur aisi alag jagah koi na ho tho apne saamne koi lakdi gaad lewe jo kam se kam ek haath lambi aur ek angul moti ho aur us lakdi ke paas ko khadi ho aur isko bilkul naak ke saamne na rakhe balke daahni ya baaye aankh ke saamne rakhe agar koi lakdi na gade tho itni hi unchi koi aur cheez saamne rakhlewe jaise mondha tho ab saamne se jaana durust he kuch gunah na hoga 

(18)kisi zarurat ki  wajah se agar qibla ki taraf ek aadh qadam aage badgayi ya peeche hat aayi lekin seena qibla ki taraf se nahi phera tho namaz durust hogayi lekin agar sajde ki jagah se aage badjaawegi tho namaz na hui.

kufr aur shirk ke baathon ka bayan

 kufr ko pasand karna-kufr ki baaton ko acha jaanna-kisi dusre se kufr ki koi baat karna -kisi wajah se apne imaan par pashemaan karna ke agar musalmaan na hothe to falaani kaam hasil hojaathi aulaad wagaira kisi ke marjaane par ranj me is qisam ke baate kehna ke khuda ko bas isi ka maarna tha duniya bhar me maarne ke liye bas yehi tha -khuda ko aisa na karna chahiye tha -aisa zulm koi nahi kartha jaise tu ne kiya-khuda aur rasool ke kisi hukm ko bura samajhna usme aib nikaalna kisi nabi ya farishte ki hiqaarath karna-unko abi lagana kisi buzrug ya peer ke sath ye aqeeeda rakhna hamari sab haal ki usko har waqth khabar rehti he-bakhooi pandith ya jis par jin chada ho us se gaib ki khabre puchna ya faal khulwaana ya us ko sach jaanna kisi buzrug ke kalaam se faal dekh ka usko yaqeeni samajhna kisi ko door se pukaarna aur ye samjhna ke usko khabar hogi kisi ko nafa nuqsaan ka mukhtaar samajhna kisi se muraade maangna-rozi aulaad maangna-kisi ke naam ka roza rakhna-kisi ko sajda karna-kisi ke naam ka jaanwar chodna ya chadhaawa chadaana kisi ke naam ki mannath maan`na-kisi ke qabar ya makaan ki tawaaf karna-khuda ke hukm ke muqaabila me kisi dusri baat ya rasm ko muqaddam rakhna-kisi ke saamne jhukna ya tasweer ki tarah khada rehna-thop par bakra chadana  kis ke naam par jaanwar zubah karna jin bhooth pareeth wagairah ke chod dene ke liye unki bheent dena-bakra wagairah zubah karna-bache ke jeen e ke liye iske naar ka poojna kisi ki duhaayi dena kisi jagah ka kaaba ke barabar adab o tazeem karna kisi ke naam par bache ke kaan naak chedhna-baali aur bulaaq pehnana-kisi ke naam ka baazu par pesa baandna ya gale me naada daalna-sehra baandhna-faqeer banana- ali bakhsh-husen bakhsh-abdun nabi wagairah naam rakhna-kisi jaanwar par kisi buzrug ka naam laga kar uska adab karna-aalam ki kaarobaar ko sitaaron ki taaseer se samajhna-achi buri tareekh aur din ka puchna-shugoon lena- kisi maheene ya tareekh ko manhoos samajhna-kisi buzrug ke naam batour e wazifa ke chapna-yun kehna ke khuda wa rasool agar chaahe ga tho falaana kaam hojaawe ga- kisi naam ya sar ki qasam khana-jaandaar ki badi tasweer rakhna-khususan kisi buzrug ki tasweer barkath ke liye rakhna aur uski taazeem karna

shawwal ke 6 rozon ka sawaab

hazarth abu ayyub (r.a) se riwaayath he ke nabi kareem (s.a.w) ne irshaad farmaya :jis ne ramadaan ke roze phir uske baad shawaal ke 6 roze rakhe tho yehi soumud dehar he (yaani poore saal ke roze rakhne ke barabar he ) (tirmeedi shareef 759) ek neki ka sawab kam iz kam 10 gunah he is usool ke mutaabiq ramadaan ke roze 10mahinon ke rozon ke barabar hue ,aur uske baad shawaal ke 6 roze agar rakh liye jaaye tho ye 2 mahinon ke rozon ke barabar honge istarah use pooore saal ke rozon ke barabar sawab mil jaaye ga ,shawwal ke roze nafli he ,unhe mutawaatir bhi rakha jaasaktha he ,aur naaga karke bhi thahem shawaal hi se unki takmeel zaroori he

  RASOOLULLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM NE FARMAAYA :  jis ne ramadaan ke roze rakhe phir shawwal ke 6 roze bhi rakhliye ye aise he jaise wo poore saal roza rakhliya...

qaza roze ka bayan

(1) jo roze kisi wajah se jaathe rahe ho ramadaan ke baad jahah tak jaldi hosake unki qaza rakh le der na kare be wajah qaza rakhne me der lagana gunah he 

(2) roze ki qaza me din taareekh muqarrar karke qaza ki niyyath karna ke fulaan tareekh ke roze ki qaza rakhti hnu ye zaroori nahi he balke jitne roze qaza ho uthni hi roze rakhlena chahiye albatha agar 2 ramdaan ke kuch kuch roze qaza hogaye isliye donon saal ke roze ki qaza rakhna he tho saal ka muqarrar karna zaroori he yaani istarah niyyat kare ke fulaan saal ke rozon ki qaza rakhti hun 

(3) qaza roze me raat se niyyath karna zaroori he agar subah hojaane ke baad niyyath ki tho qaza saheeh nahi hui balke wo roza nafil hogaya qaza ka roza phir se rakhe 

(4) kaffare ka roza ka bhi yehi hukm he ke raat se niyyath karna chahiye agar subah hone ke baad niyyath ki tho kaffara ka roza saheeh nahi hoga 

(5) jitne roze qaza hogaya he chahe sab ko ek dam se rakhlewe chahe thode thode karke rakhe dono baate durust he 

(6) agar ramadaan ke roze abhi qazaa nahi rakhe aur dusra ramadaan aagaya tho khair ab ramadaan ke adaa roze rakhe aur eid ke baad qaza rakhe lekin itni der karna buri baat he 

(7) ramadaan ke mahine me din ko behosh hogayi aur ek din se zyada behosh rahi tho behosh hone ke din ke ilawa wo jitne din behosh rahi utne dinon ki qaza rakhe jis din behosh hui us ek din ki qaza waajib nahi he kyun ke us din ka roza bewajah niyyath ke durust hogaye haan agar us din roze  se na thi ya us din halaq me koi dawa daal di gayi aur wo halaq se utar gayi tho us din ke qaza bhi waajib he 

(8) aur agar raat ko behosh hui ho tab bhi jis raat ko behosh hui us ek din ki qaza waajib nahi he baaqi jitne  din behosh rahi sab ki qaaz waajib he haan agar is raat ko subaah ka roza rakhne ki niyaat na thi ya subah ko koi dawa halaq me daali gayi tho us din ka roza bhi qaza rakhe 

(9) agar saare ramadaan  agar behosh rahe tab bhi qaza rakhna chahiye ye na samjhe ke sab roze muaff hogaye albatha agar khuboon hogaya aur poore ramadaan bhar sadan deewani rahi tho us ramadaan ki kisi roze ki qaza waajib nahi aur agar ramadaan shareef ke roze me kisi din junoon jaatha raha aur aqal tikaane hogayi tho ab se roze rakhna shuru kare aur jitne roze junoon me gaye unki qaza bhi rakhe.

nazar ke roze ka bayan

 (1)jab koi roza ki nazar maane tho iska poora karna awaajib he agar na rakhegi tho gunahgaar hogi

(2)nazar 2 tarah ki he ek tho ye he ke din taareekh muqarrar karke nazar maani ke ya allah agar aaj fulaan kaam hojaaye tho kal hi tera roza rakhunhi ya yun kaha ke ya allah meri fulaan muraad poori hoaaye tho parson jumma ke din roza rakhungi aisi nazar me agar raat se roze ki niyyath kare tho bhi durust he aur agar raat se niyyat na ki tho dopehar se ek ghanta pehle pehle niyyat karlewe ye bhi durust he nazar ada hojaawe gi 

(3) jumma ke din roza rakhne ki nazar maani aur jab jumma aaya tho bas itni niyyath karli ke aaj mera roza he ye muqarrar nahi kiya ke ye nazar ka roza he ya ke nafil ki niyyath karli tab bhi nazar ka roza ada hogaya albath is jumma ko agar qaza roza rakhliya aur nazar ka roza rakhna yaad na raha ya yaad tho tha magar qasdan qaza ka roza rakha tho nazar ka roza ada na hoga balke qaza ka roza hojaye ga nazar ka roza phir rakhe 

(4) aur dusri nazar ye he ke din taareekh muqarra karke nazar nahi maani bas itna hi kaha ya allah agar mera fulaan kaam hojaaye tho ek roza rakhungi ya kisi kaam ka naam nahi liya waise hi kehdiya ke  5 roze rahungi aise nazar me raat se niyyat karna shart he agar subah hojaane ke baad niyyath ki tho nazar ka roza nahi hua balke wo roza nafil hogaya

 (1) pichli raat ko subah hothe waqth poorab ki taraf yaani jidhar se suraj nikaltha he aasmaan ke lambaan par safedi dikhayi dethi ho phir thodi der me aasmaan ki kinaare par jodaan me safedi maloom hothi ho aur aanan faanan badthi jaathi ho aur thodi der me bilkul ujaala hojaatha he tho jab se ye choudi safedi dikhayi de tab se fajar ki namaaz ka waqth hojaatha he aur aaftaab nikalne tak baaqi rehta he jab aaftaab ka zara sa kinaara nikal aata he tho fajar ka waqth khatam hojaatha he lekin awwal hi waqth bahut tad ke namaz padlena behtar he 

(2) dopehar dhal jaane se zuhar ka waqth shuru hotha he aur dopehr dhal jaane ki nishaani ye he ke lambi cheezon ka saaya pachim se shimaal ki taraf sarakta sarakta bilkul shimaal ki seedh me aakar poorab ki taraf mudne lage bas samjho ke dopehar ki waqth gayi aur poorab ki taraf muh karke khade hone se baaye haath ki taraf ka naam shimaal he aur ek pechaan us se bhi aasaan he wo ye ke suraj nikal kar jitna ooncha hojaatha he har cheez ka saaya ghat'tha jaatha he pas jab ghatna mouqoof hojaaye uswaqth theek dopehar ka waqth he phir jab saaya badna shuru hojaaye tho samjho ke din dhal gaya bas usi waqth se zuhar ka waqth shuru hotha he-aur jitna saaya theek dopehar ke waqth hotha he usko chod kar jab tak har cheez ka saaya dona na hojawe us waqth tak zuhar ka waqth rehta he maslan ek haath lakdi ka saaya theek dopehar ko 4 angul tha tho jab tak 2 hath aur 4 angul na hojaatha tab zuhar ka waqth he aur jab 2 hath aur 4 angul hogaya tho asar ka waqth aagaya aur asar ka waqth sooraj doobne tak baaqi rehta he lekin jab suraj ka rang badal jaaye aur dhoop zard pad jaaye uswaqth asar ki namaz padna makru he agar kisi wajah se itni der hogayi tho khair padlewe qaza na kare-lekin phir kabhi itni der na kare aur us asar ke siwa aur  koi namaz  aise waqth padna durust nahi he na qaza na nafil kuch na pade 

(3) jab suraj doob gaya tho magrib ka waqth aagya phir jab tak pachim ki taraf aasmaan ki kinaare par surkhi baaqi rahe tab tak magrib ka waqth rehta he lekin magrib ki namaz me itni der na kare ke taare khoob chatak jaaye ke itni der karna makru  he phir wo surkhi jaathi rahi tho isha ka waqth shuru hogaya aur subah hone tak baaqi rehta he lekin aadhi raat ke baad isha ka waqth makru hojaatha he aur sawaab kam miltha he isliye itni der karke namaz na pade aur  behtar ye he ke tanhaayi raath jaane se pehle pehle padlewe

(4) garmi ke mosam me zuhar ki namaz me jaldi na kare garmi ki tezi jaatha rahe tab padna mustahab he aur jaadon me awwal waqth padlena mustahab he 

(5)aur asar ki namaz zara itni der karke padna behtar he ke waqth aane ke baad agr kuch nafile padna chaahe tho padsake kyunke asar ke bad tho nafile padna durust nahi chaahe garmi ka mosam ho ya jaade ka donon ka ek hukum he lekin itni deri na kare ke suraj me zardi aajaaye aur dhoop ka rang badal jaawe aur magrib ki namaz me jaldi karna aur sooraj doobthe hi padlena mustahab he 

(6) jo koi tahajjud ki namaz pichli raat ko pada karti ho tho agar pakka bharosa ho ke aankh zaroor khule gi tho usko witar ki namaz tahajjud ke baad padna behtar he lekin agar aankh khulne ka eatebaar na ho aur sojaane ka dar ho tho isha ke baad sone se pehle hi padlena chahiye 

(7) badli ke din fajar aur zuhar aur magrib ki namaz zara der karke padna bahtar he aur asar ki namaz me jaldi karna mustahab he 

(8) suraj nikalthe waqth aur theek dopehar ko aur suraj doobthe waqth koi namaz saheeh nahi he albatha asar ki namz agar abhi na padi ho tho wo suraj doobthe waqth bhi padlen aur un teenon waqth sajda e tilaawath bhi makru aur mana he 

(9)fajar ki namaz padlene ke baad jab atk suraj nikal ke ooncha na hojaaye nafil namaz padna makru he albatha suraj nikalne se pehle qaza namaz padna durust he aur sajdah e tilaawath bhi durusth he aur jab suraj nikal aaya tho jab tak zara roshni na aajaye qaza namaz bhi durust nahi aise hi asar ki namaz padlene ke baad nafil namaz padna jayez nahi albatha qaza aur sajde ki aayath ka sajda durust he lekin jab dhoop pheeki padjaawe tho ye bhi durust nahi

(10) fajar ke waqth suraj nikal aane ke dar se jaldi ke maare faqth faraz padliye tho ab jab tak suraj aur roshan na hojaaye tab tak sunnath na pade jab zara roshni aajye tab sunnath wagairah jo namaz chaahe pade 

(11) jab subah hojaaye aur fajar ka waqth aajaaye tho 2 rakaath sunnath aur 2 rakaath farz ke siwa aur koi nafil namaz padna durust nahi yaani makru he albatha qaza namaze padna aur sajda ki aayth par sajda karna durust he 

(12)agar fajar ki namaz padne me suraj nikal aaya tho namaz nahi hui suraj me roshni aajane ke baad qaza pade aur agar asar ki namaz padne me suraj doob gaya tho  namaz hogayi qaza na pade 

(13) isha ki namaz padne se pehle so rehna makru he namaz padke sona chahiye lekin koi marz se ya safar  se bahut thaka maanda ho aur kisi se kehde ke muje namaz ke waqth jaga dena aur wo dusra waada karle tho so rehna durust he
